Nice hotel in a quiet location with friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfast and easy access to the freeway. I would definitely recommend and will stay again when revisiting the area.

The soundproofing of the guest rooms is not good, and there are drunk guests making loud noises, which is unsafe.

Holy Cow folks! This hotel is a must stay. They just had a major overhaul and the place is outstanding! Comfortable beds, clean and nice smelling rooms, and the staff is amazing! Your not going to be sorry staying here, it is truly a hidden secret on Idaho Falls South Side of town!

Our stay and experience here was excellent and we would definitely stay again. Great customer service, nicely updated features, great beds, extremely clean - I have high standards on all of these areas and it hit the mark. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this facility. It is currently going through a renovation. However, it was not a problem and did not affect our stay. The room was clean, modern, and accessible. |The bed was extremely comfortable with great linens. I loved the blackout blinds in the room. The room remained dark even though the sun was shining right on our side of the building.| The bathroom was stocked with eco-friendly refillable Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc...). I enjoyed having hand soap that did not dry out my hands and lotion that I would buy for myself. My only complaint about the room was the faucet in the bathroom, Not sure if they are still working in the rooms, but where the water comes out of the faucet was right up against the sink so anytime you used the faucet water would splash out all around the sink. It's not a deal breaker, just annoying. |The gentleman who checked us in (Alex) was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Each time we came in contact with him, he had a smile and asked if there was anything he could assist us with. |Breakfast was very limited, but that was due to the renovation work being done. The area for breakfast was being painted and having other work being done. Looking at the space, it appears it will be very nice once all work is done.|The location of the hotel was very convenient to the freeway. |I would definitely stay here again. |

Great hotel! All staff members were super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The OCD side of me likes that there is vinyl flooring throughout the room instead of carpet. Beds were very comfortable. Also liked that the hair dryer was pretty powerful for one of those tiny hotel dryers. Only down side for me was that the A/C wasn’t quite as cold as I would like for sleeping, but even that wasn’t too bad of a problem. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice room, breakfast was great, complimentary cucumber water in the lobby was fantastic, and the lady and the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful. A great place for a nice relaxing stay.

Absolutely worst stay ever.. Ac went out the front desk had to bring us a fan. Build up urine stains behind the toilet and I had to kill a bug… breakfast was not good.. OJ and Apple juice taste like water..However Kali was awesome! She did her best to accommodate!
