This is a beautiful place to stay! Super clean room and facilities, fantastic breakfast, great service. When I told the desk clerk I had left my hair dryer at home, and there wasn’t one in our room, Kim went to an unoccupied room to get me one quickly. Easy check in, good parking. People say you get what you pay for. For $110 total, we got much more than we paid for!

Front desk was welcoming and lobby was clean (except for the Roll Tide decor- Go LSU!🤣). Rooms were cool, clean, comfy and equipped with Dove products.
Breakfast was typical hotel spread: pancakes, omlets, potatoes, bacon, muffins, pastries, juices, etc. Maybe he was short on help, but the guy was struggling to keep everything filled, despite there being minimal guests.

Check-in was easy and pleasant. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean & quiet. The breakfast was disappointing because there was no hazelnut creamer and no Otis Spunkmeyer muffins. We've stayed at several Holiday Inns while on this road trip, and this one had fewer options. We enjoy the convenience of the little creamer pods so we can take them to our room & make coffee there.

My experience with this location was awful. My husband has a corporate account as a rewards member. So we booked a room for our family to drive my daughter to college. We checked in, and checked the beds. While checking the first room's bed we found bugs in the bedding and under pillows. We were not sure if they were bed bugs but asked for a different room. The second room had blood on the corner of the sheets (google lense said it was a sign of bed bugs). Immediately we wanted another room. At that time the 3rd room's sheets were nasty. Finally the front desk clerk came up and immediately gave us another room. We were supposed to be credited points back and we were told that they would need to "see what the manager" said. This was a horrible experience. I do not recommend.

Stayed here for work. The rooms were clean. Had a beeping noise in my room. Maintenance never came to my room to check the noise but they had the staff doing their work. Staff and I learned the lights above bed and nightstand were the culprit causing my sleep deprivation. It took me talking to several people and my second day to resolve.
Clean (my level of clean is different so I will not knickpick too much over elevators or other areas needing cleaning), rooms are good to lay your head and go about your business everyday.

Stayed here while visiting University of Alabama with our granddaughter. We were able to do early check in which was a blessing having traveled by car for 10 hrs. Desk staff were friendly! Hotel was exceptionally clean, breakfast was awesome. I appreciated that Jennifer was able to check on us via text and was quick to get us extra towels on our request. She was awesome! This was one of my best hotel experiences and I highly recommend it. We would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at the Tuscaloosa AL Holiday inn Express from arrival to departure. The landscape was professionally sculptured and a parking lot immaculately clean. Hotel staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating to me and other guests checking in before me. Areas such as the lobby, elevator, and dining area were well lit, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. If ever I return to the area and I'm in need of accommodations, Holiday inn Express will be my first choice.

The staff checked us in cheerfully and quickly. The grounds and interior were well lit and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable, no noticeable noise level from other rooms or outside. The breakfast was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised they had gluten free muffins. We will definitely be staying here again on our travels.
