Ordered the Bronx and it was absolutely amazing. The delivery was delivered really fast. The pizza was hot and frest. The garlic knots were swimming in garlic butter and parmesan. They were hot, fresh and delicious. I got the hot honey packs with mine and I must say it is a must. The hot honey compliments the pizza like a fine wine with a filet and lobster tail. I really love your food and can't wait to order again. I highly recommend trying thisnplace if you haven't and if you have try it again. Gotta give you two thumbs up.👍👍

This location is a big strike out for me. We have been here several times and each time we have came to this location there have always been a problem. Service is always bad and you have to wait forever to just get your food for dine in. Food always seems to be burnt, everything we order. Our last visit was the last straw for us. We called our order in 30 min before we dined in because we knew it was going to take a while. We showed up and the food was still not done. We ordered beer to wait for our food and it took another 20 minutes. Once we got the beer it tasted skunk and had to send it back. The young girl that appeared to be new at the time taking orders was overwhelmed and she just walked out of the store and didn't come back. It appeared she just quit on the spot. The manager in the kitchen was overwhelmed and once she gave us our pizza it was terrible. We ordered the deep dish pizza. Crust was burnt underneath and was the same as a cracker. It was a mess and we requested a refund. A manager that lives upstairs or in the same building had to come down to give us a credit back. We will not be back at this location again, the one in Hamburg Lexington is 10x better.

Food is good, but every single time we order delivery it’s wrong. Either they forget something or get something completely different than what we ordered. This hasn’t happened once or twice but more like 8-10 times. Tonight we ordered 2 chicken Alfredo’s but we got spaghetti noodles with a ton of burnt cheese instead. I could’ve made that at home instead of spending $30. Save your time and money, just go to the restaurant yourself if you’re ordering take out.

This is in a small building in a relatively remote part of town. Having said that, there seems to be no shortage of customers. This includes dine in and take out. I had the chicken and bacon 14” pizza . For my wife and I , we could only eat 1/2 of it . We took the other 1/2 home and eat on it the next day . It was vary good then too.

I was craving spaghetti and wanted to give their pasta a try. Definitely not disappointed! I like that you can customize their pasta dishes, too. Giving us the option to add veggies is such a fantastic idea!

If you've never tried the stuff crust pizza, DO IT! TRY IT! ITS AMAZING! Was our first time and we will order it every time.
Big City totally blows the competition out of the water. Who ever created that stuffed crust had to be either a genius or stoned..lol, And bonus the Delivery driver is a supper cool dude! We've never been to their establishment si can't rate the atmosphere.

Chicago Stuffed pizza is hands down the best pizza ever. The gooey stretch of the mozzarella cheese is awesome and delicious. The sauce on top is great for people who don’t like a lot of sauce.

It cost us $40 to have two one-topping pizzas delivered 1.5 miles. Our cheese pizza arrived burnt... destroyed... honestly shockingly bad. 🙁 I don't understand what was done to make it look this way. This is my first time trying Big City pizza and I don't think I will be trying that again. Extremely disappointed.

Everything here reminds me of Home! I’m a Chicago native, who’s been looking for a good pizza since I moved here… and I found my new “go to”! I’ve had the thin crust where the crust is simply perfect! They know their thin crust.THEN, I’ve had their hand tossed pizza… and I fell in love.
The sauce is great and the toppings are fresh with a generous amount!
Only thing I have to do differently here is to order more cheese on my pizza. I’m a cheesy person tho.
Def try them out! I recommend the deluxe! It’s a super tasty classic.

Awesome spot. I love their pizza especially compared to all the local chains. Toppings here always seem fresh and they don't skimp on them. The lady who made my order even brought it outside to me when it finished so I didn't have to come back inside.
