I stayed here for one night... by myself. I live in California and I don't even know anyone in Tucson... I was just passing through. I got a non smoking room. They charged me 150 bucks extra saying "you guys were smoking weed in the room. The room has a heavy scent of Marijuana..." Who's you guys? I was there by myself and I don't smoke... anything. Their policy and what you sign paperwork wise puts you at their mercy. Its your word against theirs and they have access to charge you whatever. Very disappointed in Wyndham for they're association with less than honorable people who would sully the Wyndham brand...

Sitting in my room enjoying a morning coffee. It is 10am and checkout is 11am, so I have plenty of time.
Knock on the door and they say “housekeeping”.
I reply “still in here”.

A couple minutes go by and then there is a POUNDING on the door and they yell “housekeeping”. I had only stayed one night there is no way they were upset with me.

I checkout and before I’m even out the door she yells to her coworker that my room is ready to be cleaned.

I travel for work and stay in many hotels. Never had an experience where they’re essentially trying to bully you out of the room early.

Horrible horrible service. AVOID.

Worst customer service on a level of harassment. One attendant even had made a racial comment about being white. Rooms smell and were cleaned horribly. Sheets had stains and floor looked as though it not been mopped. Do not stay here. There are plenty of nearby motels/hotels.

THIEVES! They ask for $100 deposit. They then try to keep it, hoping you won't notice. Get on your banking app, I'm certain they do this all the time. I had to call several times, leaving my contact information. I was not called back. Well over a month later and taking much of my time, I got it back. These people are scum!

Stay away from this hotel at all cost. Scumbag management, when we first arrived our room smelled like someone was smoking in there, we called the front desk to let them know right away and they said we would not be charged a smoking fee. Low and behold they still charged us a smoking fee. Will never go here again and do not recommend.

I used hotel.com to book a last min. room here and was charged $115 after taxes. I asked if it was possible to get refund when I could not check in early. they said no so I left then when I came back after check in time I was told that my reservation was canceled so I could not have MY room that I paid for because it was canceled.. so they kept My $115. and I did not get My room.. I spoke to hotel.com & I spoke to the manager as well. !!!!!

Sink, bed horrible, but it’s better than laying in your car. Visited children and needed a quick available spot. Price was oookay.

This possibly isn't their fault but the Google overview has free breakfast and they do not have any food. Rooms are okay definitely look worn, sheets are uncomfortable and bed is pretty bad. I've stayed at other Travelodges and this is pretty low on my list.
