The desk clerk was one of the best customer service young people. Grest personality and respect.

She gave us great tips for food and other information. She even fixed the Expedia errors.

The rooms are clean and fresh cookies are great.

This is an older Comfort Inn but it's kept up pretty good, hotels in general take a beating day in and day out so I understand that to some people it may not be 5 Star motel, with that said most do their best to keep the lobby,rooms etc. clean and that's all I ask for. The room was clean and comfortable along with the bed the a/c worked well.The bathroom was what I expected it to be,clean, so I have no complaints, you get what you pay for and this was a very reasonable price. I will stay here again if I need to, there is an IHOP within walking distance along with the QT convenience store and it's in a quiet area I slept really well.

The bedrooms were clean, the shower was great, and the pillows/bed were very comfortable. I liked that they had many breakfast options as well, even though I only had coffee. Being next to a 24 hour IHOP worked out well since we arrived late at night. Overall, a positive experience and we want to stay there again next time we pass by.

We had a very large room with one king and one queen sized bed, which was clearly not designed for two beds. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The room had no towel racks. None for hand towels and none for bath towels. There was a hook on the back of the bathroom door that was very far from the bathtub. The room felt oddly dirty, there was a lot of patchwork and it didn't seem evenly covered. The sink was clearly misplaced, and the lighting was incredibly poor with two warm lights surrounding one cool light. The outlets near the sink area were all in weird, useless locations. There was one standing mirror against the wall with no lighting nearby.

The breakfast area was small, hot, and very crowded. There was poor air circulation and not a great selection of food. There were no fruits and no yogurt on our first day, but there were bananas and yogurts our second day.

There was also a small parking lot, with very narrow car spacing. Be careful.

And regarding the location—while it is close to many siteseeing destinations, there are a lot of homeless people in the area. We definitely suggest searching for a better location.

The hotel was convenient and comfortable. The bathroom tub and sink were a little dingy looking, but the maintenance of everything else was just fine. The service was very good.

WIFI IS SO BAD. Just so you know that they will not give you what you made a reservation for. Made a reservation for king suite they gave me a handicap room. When I asked if they made a mistake, he told me. 214 shows a regular king. I asked to be moved to a regular room. He said he could not do that. I told him give me a refund and I'll go somewhere else. He said he could not do that either. So just know if you book a hotel here. You will not get what you paid for.
