Linda and Dan are tremendous hosts at this oasis next to the Saguaro National Park West. Set on 6 acres of beautifully landscaped desert, this is THE bed and breakfast you want to stay at in the Tucson area. The house is filled with art and masterfully decorated. What a relaxing time we had! The meals were gourmet delights and the views and sights a balm for the senses. You owe it to yourself to visit Hacienda Linda when in the area. We will definitely be back!

OUTSTANDING! Yes, this is the word I would choose if I only had one, but honestly I have not been so pampered in my life, like I was here as a guest at Hacienda Linda. For reference, I’m in the robe and the other photo are my hosts Linda & Dan. From the time I pulled into their driveway, I was treated like royalty. Dan helped me with my luggage and Linda offered me a beverage then showed me to my room. The King bed I slept in was exceptionally comfortable and the room decor was stunning. But the best part was the outside surroundings! Located inside the perimeter of Saguaro National Park, you won’t believe how beautiful it is until you visit. If you get an opportunity to stay here, Do It! It’s incredible and will nourish your soul!!

Dan and Linda (and Bella) are the best! We’ve stayed at Hacienda Linda multiple times and love it a little more after each visit. They truly make you feel at home, make DELICIOUS food, are so thoughtful, and have such a beautiful property. They’ve even added a walking path around the property recently so you don’t even have to leave to stretch your legs. If you want to explore more, the hacienda is super convenient to the western entrance of Saguaro National Park. We prefer the west side of the park because it’s a little less busy. There are lots of great trails nearby outside of the national park as well. The drive into Tucson is easy if you want to go try some restaurants or breweries. I cannot recommend Hacienda Linda highly enough.

I stayed at this gorgeous property with my mom and daughter on a girls trip. It’s truly an oasis in the desert and a short drive to Saguaro National Park. Linda and Dan are amazing hosts, eager to make your stay relaxing and memorable. The home is beautifully decorated but you’ll be mesmerized by the spectacular views of the surrounding desert property and plentiful wildlife from the many outdoor seating options. To top off the stay Dan cooks an impressive breakfast, seriously the best breakfast ‘taco’ I’ve ever had. Hope to visit again!

This was my third stay at Hacienda Linda on the edge of Saguaro National Park in the Sonoran Desert of Western Tucson. Each time I stay here, the property becomes more beautiful, the grounds continue to grow and change, the outside lighting at night is spectacular, the colors of Dan & Linda's home become more intense. Everything about Hacienda Linda is better each time we visit, this time for six nights. This is a true B&B experience in every sense of the word. Intimate, friendly, owners on-site for anything you may need. You cannot get service like this at the big B&Bs that are springing up all over the place, you stay in Dan and Linda's house, Dan cooks your breakfast, Linda takes care of anything and everything else. A great experience and a great value. Counting the days til our next visit.

This place is absolutely magical! If you are into nature, the serenity of watching animals, being treated like honored guest as well as cared for neighbors, starting your day with exceptionally delicious breakfasts - Hacienda Linda is for you! Linda and Dan, both artists, have created a gorgeous and incredibly comfortable home that delights the eye and eases the mind. A truly unique experience that has my highest recommendation. |Note:| I didn’t go into the city of Tucson at all. That would’ve been doable but a bit of a trek, and it would have disrupted my peace. Instead, I took several hikes in the adjacent national park, watched stunning sunsets, and relaxed around the property. Hacienda Linda and hosts created the perfect getaway for serenity seeking travelers.

It’s not too often that you go to a bed and breakfast and leave with what feels like a life long friendship. Both husband and wife team at Hacienda Linda are the most kind souls you’ll ever meet.
The breakfast is yummy and made when you need it to be, cheerfully with wonderful conversation.
My husband couldn’t stop petting their dog Bella. I’m not a “dog person” and even I just fell in to petting Miss Bella. SO sweet!
The setting is something out of a movie set picturesque. The way Linda and Dan have renovated and poured so much of their heart& soul into this place-it’s beyond incredible.
If you love to take photos, this property even at the house is perfect. Everywhere you turn is a gorgeous spot-even on the porch!
In the summer there is a lot blooming and the trees were gorgeous too.
We fell asleep each night to the sounds of animals and it was pure magic. The beds were even more comfy than the one I have at home-and mine is amazing!
I am constantly thinking about how to make a return visit happen.
Thank you both (and Bella) for such a dreamy visit-it was actually real right? I’ll have to do it again just to make sure 🙂

Wow! The place is beautiful and the hosts are wonderful. This property backs up onto Saguaro National Park, so you are surrounded by desert beauty (the park contains some of the densest stands of saguaros you will ever see). We stayed in what I believe is called the King Deluxe, and it is a lovely room. You have big windows opening up towards the park (back yard) and side yard, a fireplace in the corner that Linda and Dan are happy to light for you, a little alcove with coffee maker and refrigerator, and a bathroom that is to die for! Great claw-foot bathtub (also overlooking the back yard/park), plenty of space, a walk-in shower. There is a watering hole in the back yard and plenty of bird feeders, so you will definitely see hawks, Gila woodpeckers, quail, and many others as you lie back in bed, but you may also see coyote, javelina, bobcat, and more. Both the back and front yards have plenty of places to sit and relax, and there are terrific hikes in the nearby parks. At night, the front yard is lit by "torches" (solar lights that look like flame) and strings of lights hanging from the trees. Breakfasts were terrific (wonderful, fluffy, made-to-order omelets from 'Chef Dan' and challah french toast with a berry/agave syrup compote from 'Chef Linda'. We also arranged for a dinner. Candles on the table, lovely music playing, and really terrific food--a pesto and shrimp pasta. The pictures do the place justice--there is a lot of (hacienda like) color, great artwork, hidden enclaves of peace. Dan and Linda are gracious and entertaining hosts--full of stories about life, about the area and its history, about the park. I highly recommend this place as a romantic and peaceful getaway.
