The Woman at the front desk was absolutely spectacular! she was welcoming and frimedley beyond all accounts! She was well versed in her job and knew what she was doing more than I have ever seen before with another hotel front desk attendant. She helped me figure out the situation regarding my online booking and get everything solved and made sure I felt accommodated and at home with her good ole southern charm personality and reminded me of my very own grandmother who recently passed and made sure I was taken care of in every way and even went above and beyond when I needed anything just from the kindness of her heart! She definitely deserves a promotion into management as she clearly knows how to run this place!! people could learn a thing or two from her!!! 10/10 would recommend staying here at least so long as she's the one taking care of you!

Jeneva Fomby my check in person was efficient, thoughtful, professional . No mold in bathroom. Clean non smoking room. Air-conditioning clean and cold. Not sure why I have to write so much but Parking very efficient. Seems like great hotel for spur of the moment.

After driving for over 8 hours, I just wanted a place to sleep. Jeneva Fomby made it so easy and quick to check in. Her security minded attitude put some of my concerns at ease (being a solo female traveling). The room was clean and the bed so comfortable! Breakfast in the morning was a bonus with simple but filling choices. Thanks for a good night's sleep! - A. McCalister

This place is unlivable. Walked in and the front desk guy just got done ripping a bowl. Should've left then. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes, weed and perfume to cover it up. Funny, because the room has 2 signs telling you that there is no smoking. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but we could only do 1. Woke up that 1st morning and had to go and get fresh air. Taste buds and smells were so messed up by the stench of this place. Do not stay here. They are not even trying.

The night auditor, Mrs.Jeneva was super helpful at check in she really went above and beyond! I liked the place so much i ended up booking for another night and had the pleasure of talking with Mrs. Angelica who helped me during my stay. Awesome staff! Great spot! Super clean and conveniently near everything.

the floors are sticky. and the “non-smoking” room smelt like mildew. i am 18 so my mom booked the room under my name and it was a big ordeal once i got there. i’ve also never had to pay a deposit fee (cash only). point is, i felt gross and dirty after leaving super8.

Check in was a breeze despite the late hour. Jeneva at the front desk was very personable and helpful as was the rest of the staff. Clean room and environment, convenient from the interstate, substantial free breakfast, quiet, and secure. Got a great night's sleep and a good shower in the morning. Just what we needed

Great location but terrible experience. We drove through and it happened to be the night before a big Alabama game. Rates were hiked throughout town due to this and even this was $300 for the night, but we were desperate. There is no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Once we got to our room and turned the light on, we saw cockroaches scatter. Shined a light under the table and saw more run behind the cords. I was terrified to even put my luggage down. We immediately walked out and demanded a refund. We booked through Travelocity so that was a bit of a chore. But please trust me and don’t book here.
