I have to order delivery because my car has been broken down all summer. I've waited to post but I've hit the end of my patience. Something is either over or undercooked every time. This time mine and my husband's chow mein was littered with chunks of burnt onions. Also our appetizers were overcooked. A little quality control would be appreciated when the price is $12 a plate! If you try to call to let them know nobody ever answers the phone either.

i believe the quality of this particular location is the best compared to any other location i’ve been to here in AZ. staff is always sweet. i’m not a big panda fan honestly but the food here changed my mind! everything in my order was fresh and the chowmain was perfectly cooked/seasoned which i was worried about because i have had before where the noodles have been so DRY. i got the family meal which was $37 (serves 5 per their app) which came with 3 large entrees and 2 large sides. 10/10 recommended for the best value plus you can have leftovers for your lunch the next day instead of spending $10 on a meal alone.

The workers here were very friendly. Actually brightened up a gloomy day. Food was exceptional. Definitely one of the better panda locations I've experienced.

So my son and I ordered our containers had some of our food in them next to go in mushroom chicken and Beijing beef right in of our eyes a drive up worker comes empties them both out.
My son goes to complain they said 5 minutes slightly over ten minutes finally it's now ready but our containers had sitting all this time.
The person behind the counter offered apologies never an apology from the lady manager, her solution give us 10 percent off about a dollar. This manager could have cared less about us as customers.
I said what about the fact our other food sat there waiting for the rest I told her keep the cheesy offer of a dollar and said we will never be back.
My recommendation est some where else.

I've gone here a lot and have ordered my bowl, but have never had the employee to ask me if I wanted rice or chow mein. The new Apple Pie Roll is really good, but was expecting 2 for the price.

Food is alway wonderfu, I want to make that perfectly clear! But there are two other issues that people need to know about. #1. The length of time it takes to get through the drive through!! The food for the most part is already prepared and ready to be served. Why does it take over 10 to 20 min to get it dished up and handed out the window #2 I am a charitable giving person, I have those organizations that I choose to donate my money to. I am offended every time I come to Panda when I am asked to donate to the organization they have chosen, when I say no, then they ask if I want to round up to the next $ and donate that amount, like they didn’t hear me the first time!!! NO!! Seriously donating is a personal issue, and when I think about going through and picking up some food, if I think I would like the food at Panda, I always check and make sure I have at least 20 min, and honestly if have the time I have to really want to have the food from their because having to say no to their stupid donation question is sometimes just not worth it and off to Taco Bell I go!!
