MARCUS + HIS TEAM !!!

WOW is all I have to say after spending a weekend with Marcus and everyone in the Gibson Smoker truck. I was a day of coordinator for a wedding at the Cabins on Strawberry Hill up north. Now, I’m not usually a coordinator, this was an opportunity that I rose to the occasion for. This meant I needed to meet with the vendors, discuss timelines, discuss food ideas and everything else in between. Even with how busy he was making sure we all were taken care of, he never fell short on communication and understanding with me. I am so grateful for his calm, cool and collected nature the entire weekend.

Now to the real important stuff. THE FOOD!?! The foooood. They really out did themselves. Everything was cooked to perfection, moist and delicious. Incredible sauce add ons and NEVER forget the corn bread. I’m serious, you’ll regret it.

They served us desserts, breakfast the next morning and nothing was left over. Everyone apart of his team… THANK YOU. We look forward to the next time we get to have a Gibson mean!

We started worked with Marcus for our wedding celebration in 2019 and were immediately impressed with his professionalism, variety of appetizer & meal options, high quality food, rave reviews and all at a great value!

Dealing with a year delay because of COVID in 2020, Marcus was very responsive to our inquiries, flexible in the schedule changes and quickly became a trusted partner in the reception planning process. His recommendations along the way on things we would not have thought of made the dining experience one of a kind for our reception.

The food was AMAZING and was the talk of our entire wedding weekend! Every guest had great things to say about both the appetizers and main meals.

We will be calling Marcus for our next event, and highly recommend Gibson’s Smokehouse to all of our friends and family!

If you’re looking for the best barbecue you’ve ever had, track down Marcus and his crew! We follow their truck all over the Valley. Must have: the pulled pork or brisket loaded baked potato. You will not be disappointed!

We had Gibson's Smokehouse cater our work Christmas party. Everyone loved the food... and are still talking about how good it was days later.

The whole crew was friendly, efficient, and ready before we were with the food....which was nice.

They even took care of our appetizer and dessert table, so I didn't have to worry about it and was able to enjoy the night. I felt this was above and beyond their job...and appreciate them for that!

We had 2 servers who did an outstanding job keeping the tables cleared off as soon as people were done eating. Again, so nice to not have to worry about it.

Marcus was fast at communicating through the whole process and made the booking easy.

You helped our work Christmas party be a big hit and couldn't have done it without you guys.
