Amazing paratha, food, homemade butter, and pickle. It is very hard to find authentic Punjabi / North Indian food in the US, but this place delivers! Can have a better system of managing the crowd and the seating.

Went here with mixed expectations, and that's exactly what I got. The food is either a hit-or-miss. Pricing was very reasonable, making it a great value option.

I can't fully describe what a gem of a place this is; I highly recommend trying it. Though it's a small spot, the taste is incredible. It's definitely the best Indian food I've had in Arizona. The badam milk thandai was so delicious that I had to get a second serving, even though we were full. The chole bhature and both aloo and paneer parathas were absolutely delicious, served with generous portions of butter. I would highly recommend this place

My family and I arrived early to eat at Aja, as we heard it can get busy quick. We were SO impressed with the quality of the ingredients and how amazing all the dishes we ordered were. Everything had amazing flavor with a homemade fresh flare. Hands down one of the best Punjabi food restaurants in Arizona. We will be coming back again, and recommending this restaurant to everyone.

If you enjoy desi vegetarian breakfast, it's a must go to place. Order Chana, Alo paratha, moli paratha , sweet Lassi. Everything had their original taste from the subcontinent, a must go to for desi Nashta.
