Don’t order take out from here! The food portion I received was minimal and messy. The burrito was half the size it normally is and the bowl was not filled either. I could see the bottom of the paper bowl because the entire bottom of the bowl was not covered with food. Overall, very disappointed to have received such little food upon opening my pick up order. The ice machine also didn’t work at this location. This experience discourages me from ordering chipotle for pick up again and from going to this location.

This is what I get when placing an online order for pickup at this CG location. I should have learned from the previous times.
This is the THIRD TIME an online order has missing queso.
The receipt on the bag says LARGE CHIPS AND QUESO.
Then the LARGE order of chips doesn't even go a quarter up in the bag.
Then you have both burritos that aren't fully wrapped.

Not a very pleasant experience when your in line and the short lady with black hair ( which I’m assuming is the manager) is yelling at the people making the bowls to hurry up and to work faster. She was making remarks that if they moved faster they wouldn’t have a line. After I ordered my food & sat down I noticed my sons rice had a hair in it so I go and let her know and tell her I don’t want rice anymore if I could substitute it for steak and she said yes but she will have to charge me. I say ok. They remake his food and then I see her whisper to the cashier to not charge me the meat & she just hands me the bowl. Overall an unprofessional and rude experience. She could have at least apologized for the damn hair

I usually wait after the 3rd try to give an honest review. Unfortunately the past few times I’ve been here there is never food or barely portions , the employees are just standing and takes a while for someone to actually help you. The food area and surroundings is dirty and it’s always too cold to be eating inside. They need another location open or to step up their game.

This Chipotle is always missing food items on their menu, no adult quesadillas and they never have all the toppings available. Also, I found a hair in my chips. I do not recommend coming to this location. Sadly it’s the only location near by.

Can’t tell you how many times I come in here, just to find they are always out of EVERYTHING!!!!

Today, no rice AND chicken at prime lunch time.
Last time no Tabasco or dining area stocked.
Time before that, employees were upset people were wondering by the door at 10:45; told everyone they opened at 11 through the doors when it says open at 10:45.
Over this location. Not worth it.

The staff that was there at 2:45 did a great job. They were either very busy prior to us or were left with a mess and very little food. They maintained their composure and were able to get the items needed in a couple of minutes for us and 4 people after us and complete our orders.

Poorly managed. Also if you have any allergies go somewhere else, sometimes you get staff that cares but the last time I was there it was pretty bad. I told them how other branches properly handle my food waited 30 min and they still did it their own way which cross contaminated the food I asked for… ended up asking for a refund and leaving. Will not be back to this location
