Been going to the Phoenix location for years. Recently moved to Casa Grande so once I knew there was a Long Wongs, I knew we had to check it out.
Picked up an order of Hot Wings, a slice of Pepperoni Pizza and some Fried Mushrooms.
1st impressions about the food:
The wings were rather dry and the sauce itself was too runny. Would of helped if there was abit more of the sauce for dipping. No carrots at all.
The pizza wasn't bad but nothing to remember either. It's Pizza.
The mushrooms tho? Those were great, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
The local itself?
Tables were dirty and the entrance was rather cluttered with carton boxes, almost making it look like a warehouse and not a restaurant.
Besides that, the customer service was on point.

Pepperoni pizza had good flavor but might as well just ordered a cheese pizza, each piece had one or two pepperonis on it, certainly not enough. Medium wings were great, honey hot were dry and over cooked sticky and not at all spicy. Pretty pricey for what you get, very disappointed. $10 for a small side salad is pricey and no celery with the wings, just dried sliced carrots. 🙁

Worst experience ever. Called in a simple order. Over an hour later and still no food. Once we got it, the food was cold and lacking flavor. This place is the worst with service and experience. Plus the food is cold and not flavorful at all. Avoid at all cost and save the money and headache.

We had hot dogs and spiral cut potatoes. The hot dogs 1/4 pound hot dogs and were made how you want them and the owner was super friendly. The atmosphere was just a little corner restaurant, nothing special but the food and the service awesome. We will go back!!

Was super excited to have them come to Casa Grande, as we would do take out from the Chandler site. This is our 2nd time ordering from Casa Grande and unfortunately... our last :/
Wings are WAY over sauced, making them soggy and a little rubbery. Sauce was ok.
Appetizers were soggy and WAY to spendy for what you get. An order of Zucchini is $6.25 for 5 very thin soggy pieces. 2 appetizers, as pictured minus 1 zucchini = $12.50!! $58.00!!!! Later... soggy wings and appetizers, mediocre taste and quality... no thanks. Back to ordering from Chandler.

Weird place. Creepy signs are taped on the walls for some reason. Very unwelcoming. Absolutely zero charm in the place. The wings are best described as "wet". I could take a bath in the wing grease. We won't be coming back.

I ordered jalapeno poppers cause they have the best ones and I got these this time? Disappointed, but they're not bad I guess. It's like pepperoni and cream cheese? Not all of them were like this, but still weird.

Stopped in here while in Casa Grande for the day. I remember the OG Long Wings from the old days in Phoenix. My experience here was very good. We ordered our wings extra crispy (like we always do) and they were cooked perfectly! Loved the honey hot but found the spicy teriyaki to be even hotter! Enjoyed our wings and hope to be back
