Love this hotel. Great location (if you prefer seclusion which I like). It’s reasonably safe and provides easy on/off the interstate. The rooms are great too. Not overly moist like a lot of rooms are due to ACs depositing moisture in the air, sheets, and even the carpet. The managers of this hotel do it right.

It’s been months now since we have been using IHG and this particular hotel. I feel like I can leave a very honest review that is based off of past experiences.
The staff is amazing. I have stayed at another location when in the area, but this particular Hotel still has that welcoming atmosphere. The friendly service is one of the key factors when deciding whether or not to return.

Had we known this was an IHG hotel we would not have stayed here given our two awful prior experiences at Indigo Hotel. At check in we requested to have our room cleaned every day (which we should not have to do) as we were staying for four nights at a cost of $800 per night for two of the nights because of parents weekend and football. We were assured our room would be cleaned and that all rooms are cleaned daily starting at 9:00AM. We left our room at 9:45 and got back at 4:30 and the room had not been touched. No clean towels, trash cans full, no coffee restocked. We complained at the front desk and the manager apologized and assured us it would be cleaned daily for the remainder of our stay. The next day we left at 8:30 AM and got back at 4:30 PM and again our room had not been cleaned. At this point there were 3 days of wet towels in the bathroom. It is my belief IHG’s policy is to only clean rooms when guests check out. This seems like a completely inappropriate policy for the hotel industry. I will never stay at a IHG hotel again.

We needed a decent hotel near the interstate with big enough parking spots for a 15' UHaul towing an auto transport. This worked. They had a lot of long strings of single spots we could parallel park in. Hotel was clean, staff was nice, rates were decent + we got a military discount due to our son being with us. Breakfast was hot and good.

Check-in was slow due to a problem with a customer's reservation, tying up both clerks. They will preauthorize about $9 more than your reservation price for incidentals, and credit back if not used. Not sure what these possible incidentals could possibly be, unless they think we would take their used towels or the like.

The place is clean, rooms were clean, but had a hard time sleeping due to the loud AC, and possibly because of road noise from I-20.

Breakfast seemed a little better than the standard HI Express.

I would stay here again if in area.

We came for a 1-night stay because my daughter and her team played in a softball tournament. I was very impressed by both my check-in and the team check-in process. My room, key, and all paperwork were prepared before my arrival and I simply had to fill out a few pieces of information and confirm my payment method. When the team arrived, consisting of 20 athletes, their rooms and all keys were also already prepared and ready. They even gave each girl a softball-themed goodie bag! Precious! The lobby is very nice and new. We had a double room--also very new and spacious. Everything was very clean. The hotel is next to the interstate, but the noise was not noticeable. There are double shades on the window to block out any light. Dove products in the bathroom. There is a mini fridge and a single-cup Keurig coffee maker with some Breakfast and House blend K-cups provided. |Breakfast was the usual IHG fare. My only disappointment is that by the time I got down to breakfast at 7:30am, the cinnamon rolls were gone and not replenished :(|Also, they had a pancake maker instead of waffles, which is fine, but the machine ran out of mix and was also not refilled. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It is a great property!

Only stayed for one night, but John at the front desk was super friendly and courteous. We never are disappointed with our beds at HI. Always comfortable and the room is very clean. |Breakfast was your typical HI breakfast, but I have to admit, the bacon was delicious!!
