Let's start with BLOOD STAINS ON THE MATTRESS. Furniture and rug were filthy.
No shower chair for disabled. Price shown is not available. Photo on expedia not of this dump. Room pics are misrepresentation of reality. STAY AWAY!

My boyfriend and I stayed here , did the early check in at 5am and it’s been great . Looks just like the pictures . I see alottttt of negative reviews for no reason . It’s chill and so quiet and relaxing with black out curtains . It’s not the “ cleanest “ hotel obviously it’s not a 5-five hotel but I think you should be grateful to be staying somewhere honestly . My boyfriend and I got hit by a drunk driver and needed somewhere to go after being on the streets and this place has been a blessing . We have a microwave and fridge and tv . Life’s great . The staff/owners are super chill and make everything simple . I’ve stayed at hiltons/wingates/comfort inn/cambria . And this one is a great price and such an easier process than the other ones . Also walking distance from Chandler downtown

Roaches , dirty carpets, and couches . The plumbing is shot, and wifi doesn't work . The service sucks this place isn't worth the price as for fteah towels and toilet paper get your own cause they wont . Appliances don't even bother if it works, then you're lucky cause most don't are very old and not taken care of . And bed bugs are what they have as well besides the Roaches.

The only reason this place is good is cuz it's location. The rooms stink, the AC filter was so dirty and when asked from desk about it he said just wait it will cool off. Also just provided me with a broom to clean the room myself. Paid $100 to stay in a rundown place. Non smoking and room sticks like smoke and wet moldy carpet. Broken furniture. Don't stay here, I should've drove a little further for Motel 6.

This place needs to be under investigation. I stayed here for 2 months before they charged me $400. Per month. I went last week and some old crook writes $1400 per month on piece of paper. Stay away from this shady business.

No heater, no hot water, holes in carpet, no blankets, long term guests kept up up until after 1am congregating in the parking lot.

Stay far away from this place if you are brown or part of the LGBTQ community. Staff yelled at us to leave the apartment room that we booked for 2 people. They claimed we "lied to them", saying that we only booked for 1 person - even though we showed them that we had an email confirmation that said we booked for 2 people. My partner had asked for 1 extra towel, and the front desk lady literally marched to our room to go and check how many towels we had. They were about to barge into our room while I was using the bathroom - and that's when they found out that we were a group of 2 people, and they just lost their mind and called us slurs, telling us we had to leave. We've never experienced that level of hostility. It was completely unnecessary and a terrible experience. I was livid. I've seen a lot of other similar reviews, this place should be shut down. I'm honestly glad we didn't stay because I also saw that other reviews found bed bugs. I'll need to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, because they refused to refund us, even though they did not service us whatsoever. Part of me feels bad for the staff, because I truly believe they 100% have mental health issues, no one should be treated the way we were - especially a customer.
