My personal experience: someone broke into my car, while parked in the parking lot. They enter your room when your not there without your permission. Things came up missing out of my room. They look through your windows when you take showere. All the sheets look and smell dirty. All blankets have cigarette burns and holes in them. It smells like dead rats in the rooms. You will need to was your clothes several times with bleach and vinegar as the smell is really strong, embarrassing and hard to get out. They steal your mail or hide it until they feel you should get it. There are roaches. No matter how clean you are. They are in the walls. The floors are filthy. Mopping isnt an option. They got my information when I left my wallet one day and hacked my debit card and took money. I had a gift card sent and confirmed by sender they kept it. DONT GO HERE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP.

Been a few months living here already. Have had no issues. Couple of the neighbors I've met have been pretty chill. Manager lady and her son, have been very nice people to us as well.

I use to stay there almost a year. Very hard to get a house, apt at the time when they want alot for rent, deposit, move in costs. But got back on my feet due to a health accident I had. I had no issues staying there. People say alot of terrible things about this motel. Manager is trying her best to keep up with the people that stay there. Example is guests taking towels, sheets, comforters, even furniture that she shouldn't be taking cause it is not there's to begin with. It doesn't come out of there pocket. Who had to pay for it, the managers of the motel and its very expensive right now. She should start charging for the linen, that is taken from the room, but she doesn't. So people don't take things that is not yours. People I guess need it more at there own place can't afford it so they take things that doesn't belong to them. And one more thing manager is very nice, friendly she listens, works with you on your situations you might have. And about bed bugs and roaches, people say that they have them in the room just to not be charge (free room). Like I said it's a place to rest your head and take showers and eat. When u don't have no place to go. So ruid people be kind to others. We need to help each other out.

We been here for almost 3 months nw & we like it here itz nice & quiet here nobody bothers u da manager here she is so nice kind helpful & very very respectful I gotta say wen I didn't have no place to go or call my home Arizona Moon Motel and RV Parking safe me & my lil family

This place was a joke. The first night there I was ate up by bed bugs bad. I went to the manager about it and she stated that no her place has no bed bugs or roaches. So I brought her the pillow and as she was holding it she started getting bitten. In return she stated that we brought the bed bugs. The toilets weren't bolted down so as you sit on it you have to do a balancing act just to use it. Roaches everywhere holes in wall door barly open or closed. Sink leaked mold in the tub. Ac barly works. For the weekly price she charges you better off going down the road to the next hotel.

This place is the worst motel I've stayed in EVER. I've stayed in a whole lot of hotels and motels. Not only is it old and outdated but the bedspread was burned and ripped and hard as a board. Burn marks on the bathroom tub. I bleached and scoured the tub because it was brown it had not been washed in lord only knows how long. There is roach poop and roaches everywhere. The drawers were filthy and the TV had the buttons physically removed from it and the remote did everything except control the volume. I had to replace the batteries in the remote myself. The owner is not very nice she is constantly watching to be sure you have no visitors at all, not even in the parking lot for a pick up or drop off. It's a little insane. I do not recommend anything about this place. Not to mention it's a dangerous part of town to stay as well.

It's a room with a roof over your head a shower and bed and for the price it's worth it won't find another like it. ITS ONE OF A KIND. For me can't say anything bad about it ask her and she'll do her best to make it right for the drugs that's everywhere GREAT SURVEILLANCE......

I don't recommend staying here they're overpriced there's Burns in the mattresses there's holes in the wall mold in the bathroom they pay their housekeeping $5 per room which is less than minimum wage and less than what they charge for their rooms and less than 3 weeks I was told 80 85 and 95 dollars she refuses to do any works the rooms how's the stuff to do so but just doesn't do it there's no maintenance on hand she's so cheap she waited a week to pay for the plumbing to come out there and fix the problem when most of the rooms are on the same line they don't change your sheets their pillowcases she would rather leave the same ones on there as long as there is no hair on the pillows or anything whatsoever she has his people staying there to do the maintenance work for her and she doesn't really pay them also the TV didn't work there's bugs everywhere microwave didn't work with accused of stealing a pillow that was not even there to begin with had a room searched for a microwave because I took my air fryer out that she was trying to claim belong to the they don't spend money on the room for it to belong there and I have a receipt showing it's mine also the curtains were falling down didn't stay up door wouldn't shut nor correctly
