Owner/pitmaster Cody runs a nice clean restaurant with great BBQ! We were greeted nicely with smiles from the friendly staff. Our group enjoyed the brisket, ribs & especially the wings! All the sides were delicious, especially the potato salad, slaw & beans. You don't want to miss the cornbread muffins. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had lunch here this afternoon for the first time. A friendly young lady took our order after asking if she could answer any of our questions about their menu or make any recommendations. We ordered their beef brisket, which they serve 3 ways, with fat, lean, or half and half. We opted for lean, and it was absolute perfection.
we also tried the ribs. They literally fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. The ribs were also very meaty! The pulled chicken was tender and flavorful.
There are 3 different sauces for the meat, spicy BBQ, House BBQ sauce, which was so delicious, and a mustard sauce, too.
We also tried the Dr. P bean's and scrumptious elote street corn.
We also received the opportunity to try their banana pudding. It was absolute deliciousness from start to finish. The interior of the restaurant was open, very neat, clean, and organized. It was definitely a great experience from the moment we walked in until we left. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

We went to dinner here last night and for it being a Friday night, I was surprised it wasn’t busier. We were happily surprised with our meals! Some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had! Staff is super friendly as well. We will be coming back!

This place has amazing rubbed ribs and a choice of 1 or all 3 sauces to slather them with. The sides with their twist on street corn and chili relleno rice was delicious as well! The staff was very friendly and the counter person Cody gave l me suggestions on what places I should visit in Cave Creek and the Sedona AZ area.

After 11months since Coyote open, I have them a second chance....100 improvement, pulled pork sandwich much better than B4....not over cooked and moist, their Gold BBQ sauce I like the best of the 3 choices and their Dr. P
BBQ Beans were very very good, full of flavor. The Owner came out and said he hoped I'd like my food better than my last review almost a year ago....well he must have read my first review and took action....the sandwich and beans and service were great.
