I always order extra out of fear of not having enough food. That is not necessary at Manuel’s! Their servings feed as many as they say it will and more. We had so many leftovers and sent many of our guests home with dinner for the weekend. It was all delicious and set up on site by Brianna and her team. They were so wonderful to work with and we would absolutely order again!

I appreciate the catering service and have used it many times over the years. My recent experience left me waiting for close to an hour with no explanation. I called in my order for a 5 pm pick up. It was 6 pm when I finally left with the order. This was unusual for Manuals. The good was great and the order was complete.

This was our first meal "out" since COVID became a concern. They are serving Dine-in meals, meals to go (with several numbered parking spots for waiting while your order is brought out to your car), and delivery options.
Our food was fresh, hot and served quickly. Wonderful food and great service. Can't complain!

Not a good experience. I realized I messed up what I ordered, called to change something, (same day) lady confirmed the changes I pick up the platter, it was wrong. I called to tell them, they wanted me to drive an hour again to bring the platter that I already touched back, and make me new ones.. I told him I couldn’t go back because the party I was at already started .. so I couldn’t make it. And he basically told me if I don’t care to come pick up new ones there isn’t anything they could do for me. lol I’m never going back there..

I love Manuel's and have eaten at several of their locations throughout Metro Phoenix. The service is great and the food is always fantastic. The prices are just right and there's always plenty of room so there's usually no waiting. If you love Mexican food, you'll love Manuel's!!!

Good food. Great service. Had a problem with the enchiladas but it was fixed very quickly and manager even came over to apologize. Wasn't that big of deal to us since waitress took care of it immediately. But was nice to know the manger cares about excellent service. We will eat here again
