Cotoia catering was the food vendor for our wedding. The food was included in our package for our wedding venue which was helpful at first. After meeting with the cater we were told a lot of our options would cost extra. We went with pasta instead due to keeping within our package. For cocktail hour we had selected cheese cracker bites and plum meatballs. For cocktail hour there was no cheese for the crackers and each guest could only get 1 meatball due to them running low from the beginning. Which should not have happened due to us giving the cater a number for guests over what we had show up. For dinner the food tasted very good but the portion sizes were EXTREMELY small. All of our guests only received 1-3 noodles each of pasta.the salad choice was also wrong. Due to our wedding being at dinner time everyone was very upset due to the portion sizes and then eventually running out of food all together. After the wedding we addressed our feedback with the cater and she denied any of these issues happening, but would let her team know about the portion sizes. She was overall very rude over the phone and then at the end of the call asked if we would book her for another event. These concerns were addressed with our venue as well. Overall I would not use this vendor.

Cotoia Catering catered our wedding in Sedona. We had a tasting a few months prior at our home in Phoenix and selected the menu. The service started promptly and our guests loved the food. There was plenty for everyone and everything went off without a hitch. There was even enough left over to feed our guests again when we got hungry that night (the wedding was mid-afternoon but we were staying at the venue and partied until after midnight). I would highly recommend this business!

Jacqueline with Cotoia Catering hosted our wedding in October 2023. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. Guests shared that some of the appetizers were served frozen in the middle. The “lemon chicken with rosemary” was some kind of golf ball sized chicken nugget things. Most everything was bland and unremarkable. Even though several guests didn’t make it or stay for dinner, they were not prepared and ran out of plastic utensils. They told guests to cut the chicken with two forks. The owner went table to table during dinner passing out her business card. She text me after asking for feedback. I responded with a very polite message sharing that we were underwhelmed and about the frozen appetizers, but she didn’t bother to respond. If spending big money on your special day, I would recommend looking at other options. Their price to value was terrible.

The food was high quality and the plating was perfection. The service was top notch and there were great alternative selections for those of us who don’t eat meat. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
