The customer service is amazing. It’s always the same guy helping you, he’s very polite and answers questions without getting annoyed so that’s nice. However, the actual food was alright. When first observing the meal I thought it looked great plus I loved the chimis and tacos because they were fried. Except the tamales, enchiladas, rice and beans. They really let me down. They just had no salt or any type of spice. The sauce especially was really bland and I was serving the food for our Christmas party. It was disappointing because there was 60 people eating and every single one was using tapatio or red hot I have available in our break room. I paid for extra sauces but they went unused. It’s really sad because I had high expectations for this place due to the reviews.
So 3 stars for the customer service and website being great but lost 2 for missing the seasoning and Chile needed when eating Mexican food 🙁

We are from New Mexico originally, and we are very particular about the spice in our Mexican food. I ordered Carmen's for Christmas hosting. I asked them to make the red enchiladas spicier for us and they came through. They were fabulous! We also ordered various tamales and a taquito platter with beans and rice. Everything was delicious. Although, the red pork tamales were not a favorite, we loved the green chile corn and cheese tamales. I could not be happier with the food and the service. I will definitely use them again in the future and maybe try some other menu items. My family all agreed that Carmen's was a hit. Thank you so very much!!

We are a volleyball team that traveled to the Phoenix area for a game & Carmen's catering came through in a BIG way! We ordered the boxes that contained either tacos or burritos with rice & beans. Price couldn't be beat! Tastiness of the food couldn't be beat! Service, couldn't be beat! We HIGHLY recommend for the food, price, & service! We appreciate them SO much!!!

Carmen’s catering is the best Mexican food in Arizona. I recently ordered 4 dozen tamales for my family for the holidays so we didn’t have to make them ourselves. Safe to say I will be ordering tamales yearly from Carmen’s. Everything we ordered from Carmen’s was absolutely delicious and I wish I ordered more. Delivery went smoothly with everything piping hot when arrived. We also received everything we could need for catering such as plates, utensils, napkins, chips, etc. Looking forward to our next event so we can try everything on the menu, 10 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!

We had Carmen's for the first time yesterday for my daughter-in-laws baby shower. AMAZING food and superior customer service. The food was delivered on time and Amanda did a great job of setting everything up for us. As a vegetarian, I was happy to see they do not use lard and I am looking forward to trying their Beyond Tacos! Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Yesterday was the second time I have used Carmen’s in the past 4 months. I have used them for 2 large meals catered for 2 different Groups. From the moment I placed the orders they were on top of it. Daniel called both times to confirm and make sure the order was correct. Delivery was on time and easy to use. The food is fantastic and I have now been privileged to introduce 30+ people to your business. Carmen’s is my new go to caterer!!

Wow! Food was delivered on time and hot. It all tasted so good and hit the spot for our big group. We tried the enchiladas, crunchy tacos, tamales and rice and beans. We are all so full with happy tummies that we have to wait a little while to try the churros. They look amazing too! Highly recommend!

I ordered catering from Carmen's for a small gathering and they were so thorough and the food so tasty! From calling me each week before the event to confirm, to texting when they were on their way, to helping get everything set up, they did an amazingly professional job. Everyone loved the food. I don't live in Arizona, but if I'm ever back and need catering, I'll go straight to Carmen's!
