Location great. ||Exterior needs upgrades and cleaning. Furniture outside our room was dirty and frayed.||Fisherman room: the bed was comfortable but that is the only positive about the room. Dingy bedsheets, carpet, tiny shower, old coffee pod in maker, burned out lights. I would not recommend this room.||Upstairs game room good.||Breakfast: very nice staff. Good pancakes. ||Owner was very pleasant and gave good dinner recommendations.

What a lovely Inn! Southern Charm and hospitality abound. The host's are caring and considerate, and wow what a breakfast!

Guntersville is a hidden gem! Beautiful lake views, a shopping district, great parks with bike trails, and a wonderful city Harbor to cap the day off.

One of the best Bed & Breakfast experiences we have ever had! From the minute we walked in everything was charmingly perfect. We were greeted with “Hey Friend” like we were already acquainted. One would expect a creaky old Inn, what we got was a delightfully quaint, ever so elevated, above the bar accommodations. Attention to detail, everything was exactly what you would need for a pleasant stay. Meticulous and thorough down to every little feature. If you thought to yourself, “I might need…” it was already in your room.

Happy Hour was welcoming and inviting. Do not miss the House made Sangrias!!! Our room was well designed to accommodate the hot August days. This was an unexpected bonus! Handy was a fan for those of us who must sleep with one. The bedding was luxurious with a mattress that rivals most in your own homes. It was delightfully “ Homey”.

Breakfast was simple, but upscale. Gourmet and very adequate portions. Service was quick and seamless. We enjoyed our own space on the large porch.

Location was absolutely perfect for us. Just a short few blocks (uphill) from the City Harbor attractions. Less than a mile to boutique shopping and fabulous restaurants Downtown.

The extras…don’t miss the sunrise! It's worth the early rising. And, just over the hill is a perfect park to enjoy evening sunsets. Sit outside and enjoy the sounds of summer from the porch swings.

I can't tell you enought good about it. We can’t wait to book another stay!

We stayed in the Fig Room on the second floor. No windows made for good sleeping! Enjoyed the breakfast, bathrobes, and nice towels and sheets! Room was very clean. Convenient location close to City Harbor and downtown shops. A lot of businesses were closed on Sunday.

Our stay at the Lake Guntersville Bed & Breakfast was exquisite. We decided to do it as part 1 of a honeymoon saga, just to get away somewhere nearby for a relaxing first few days of marriage. The breakfast is fully serviced and tailor made every morning. My wife has dietary restrictions and they met them with ease every morning without sacrificing quality of the food.

The breakfasts included: Eggs Benedict, Southwest Style Omelet, Stuffed French Toast, Quiche, Chia and Peach Puree, and delicious hot coffee every morning. We about melted over every breakfast

We stayed in the Lucina, which has an AMAZING bathroom. The whole venue's rustic atmosphere is wonderful, cozy, and relaxing. The Lucina specifically has an old fashioned claw foot tub, huge shower, and adorable vanity.

The room connects to an upstairs mini-kitchen, and is very close to the third floor recreation room which includes a pool table, nice reading are, and some lounge furniture.

The hospitality of the hosts is unmatched. They're very personable. Both the chefs absolutely love their jobs, and you can tell. My wife and I are very much "leftovers" people, and so we had to-go boxes from a few of our meals out. I noticed there wasn't a means to reheat them initially, so I messaged the hosts, and they put a microwave in the mini-kitchen no questions asked.

It was a little difficult to eat in the room, since there's not really a table or anything, but I think that may be intentional of the hosts. The floors and furniture are all antique and rustic, so we were careful with our stuff to respect the assumed intention.

As far as location, it's very quiet, and a very short (<5min) walk to City Harbor or Downtown. Tons of great food and nearby shops to explore. We walked the city almost every day and it was very pleasant. We will be making this an annual getaway and have recommended it to friends and family as well. It's great value considering all that's included, and Guntersville is a nice, quiet town that's a short drive for us.

Such a charming and elegant bed-and-breakfast in a Victorian home 114 years old. Views of the lake are amazing. Tiffany and Lisa were so gracious and oh my goodness, the breakfast was delicious and so well done and hearty, I didn’t even need to eat lunch. I stayed in the Lavender Room and it was comfortable and had everything I needed. Loved the plush bath robe! There is even a game room upstairs and I enjoyed playing a game of pool. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance, as well as boutique shopping. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
