Five stars for the food, the atmosphere and friendly service.
The food is incredible! The Cauliflower appetizer and glazed eggs in the Dunburi bowls are in the category of one bite and in total bliss-I may ask for a side of those eggs next time!
I had previously shared a concern on a review about the lack of seating for elderly/disabled persons only to learn that Little Sama does not own the common eating space but will try to address it. That works for me, not their fault. Hopefully they'll be able to rectify with the owners and until then, my 80+ year old Mom (local), and my close friend with Spinal Atrophy will hope the lower table is free, or take out & bring to my mom's. Either way, this is an amazing place to eat, have a beer, etc. It makes for a perfect Ojai day!

Not blown away by food often but wow! Everything we ordered was beyond delicious. Korean Fried Cauliflower was the star of the meal. Rice bowls were fresh and scrupulous as well. Service was quick and friendly 🧡

ABSOLUTELY YUM!! I got the Vietnamese noodles with seared tofu. Perfectly sauced, perfect portion, excellent tofu flavor and consistency. Will absolutely be coming back!

Great spot for a quick and tasty meal. Was a little confused by the entrance because it shares space with the brewery. Very surprised by how flavorful the food tasted. Highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich.

This was such a spectacular place to eat! I had the Wagyu Cheese Burger. This this was so well put together. The burger was juicy and has so much umami. The toppings had a slight sweetness from the caramelized onions that helped balance out the richness of the patty.

We had several other dishes that were just as yummy like the Okonomiyaki Tater Tots and Crispy Brussel Sprouts. The house sauces that they use for each dish really sets them apart from every other Asian Fusion restaurant. You won't go wrong selecting any dish. But, I was thoroughly blown away with the cheese burger and would 100% recommend!

The experience was wonderful and the staff were very accommodating. Steven Du is the chef and he worked his magic with every dish. As long as he is at the helm in the Little Sama's kitchen, I know I'm going to get the best tasting food.

Ordered the fried chicken sandwich but didn't eat it. Probably would have been good but unfortunately it was soggy and covered in a fish sauce that completely overwhelmed the chicken. had a couple bites and left the rest. Would have been nice to have someone check back on the meal, but after dropping off the food they never came back to enquire about the experience.

The food was pricey but okay. You order drinks separately from Topa Topa (great beer!) and then wander over to the Sama window to order your food and get it delivered to your table.

I had finished a couple of tasters of beer by the time the food arrived. The person who took my order was friendly enough, though it felt more like a fast food transaction than a pricey "Asian fusion" order.

The pulled pork sandwich was okay, nothing special, though they dressed it up to act fancy. I would have preferred more meat and less bread.

** This is only for the food side, The beer and brewery is reviewed under Topa Topa's own listing.
