Betti and her crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. They tailored everything to our dietary needs and fussed over every tiny detail, turning dinner into a full-on celebration. The gluten-free dessert was outrageously good. Beautiful tableware, warm smiles, and dishes that burst with flavor, and you’ve got a private-chef experience that’s impossible to beat. Highly recommended!

The Kitchen Door did a fabulous job at a garden party I held for my 89-year-old uncle. The food (taco bar) was magnificent! The choices included shrimp, chicken, beef, and pork, grilled on site and served steaming hot. The halibut ceviche and jalapeño poppers were delicious appetizers. There were three types of salsas and two types of guacamole. All were great. The beverage service was also excellent. The guests were provided with lemon water, lemonade, and iced tea throughout the day. Coffee and tea were served with yummy dessert items. Bettina and her staff worked tirelessly and diligently from the moment they arrived. Every guest at the party was very impressed! For your next party or event, I wholeheartedly recommend the Kitchen Door.

Bettina and The Kitchen Door were fantastic for our wedding! The team arrived early to get familiar with our venue and helped with planning, even assisting with shopping lists.

They ensured the buffet-style dinner ran smoothly, with desserts timed perfectly, and put together a delightful coffee bar for guests at the end of the night.

We hired Betti and her team for bartending services for a wedding of 130. They were absolutely amazing from initial contact to through the night if the event. Her communication was great, she even helped us with a “shopping list” for the event. Her staffing recommendations were perfect and there was never a line at the bar. We had a wide variety of alcohol and they figured out how to make use of it. They communicated during the night when needed. I highly recommended this team.

We hired Betti to cater a birthday party for 11 people and she was absolutely amazing! All aspects were 5 stars. The food was fresh and delicious. We had a couple dietary restrictions that Betti was easily able to accommodate. She and her crew asked nothing of us and left our kitchen cleaner than they found it! She even stopped me from wiping down a table and insisted on doing it herself! Truly a memorable experience. Thanks Betti!

I’m honestly saddened to have to review a 1 star. I feel like I had great rapport with Bettina and she even provided us with a tasting and the food was amazing; however, on the day of our wedding day, the food was suppose to be delivered and set up at 6:30 and dinner didn’t arrive until 8:30pm. Mind you, this is a WEDDING. People are so hungry and it’s truly embarrassing. The menu was suppose to have Mediterranean rice pilaf and he gave us Mexican rice, which didn’t even make sense with the rest of the menu. Desserts weren’t delivered until 9:45pm and the wedding ended at 10:00pm. Additionally, we had NO WATER. No water for our guest, my coordinators assistant had to run out and buy water and ice. What a genuine disgrace and I’m mortified my guest had to deal with the unprofessional Bettina had. I would have more grace if there was better communication so we could have planned accordingly, but nothing was communicated to my coordinator or myself. I would not recommend.

UPDATE: it’s now been almost a month of Bettina promising she would pay back a lump some in response to her mishap at our wedding and she has been nothing but inconsistent and giving every excuse in the book to not pay us back. We now have to involve the court in something that could have been handled way easier. DO NOT HIRE BETTINA.

Truly sad when you have your one day, your one wedding day and plan for everything in advance to make sure it all goes smoothly and well. Everything went smooth and great! Not the Kitchen Door. No communication and relentless with the excuses for showing up to the venue 2 hours late. When asked what happened and where she was with the food, there was no response. It was a cold shoulder and nothing until 2 hours go by we get a response. There is no water or ice for the beverages. Even her own staff had no clue where she was. Just poor. Poor quality of service and huge lack of accountability. Now has agreed to refund, but has been quite sometime to get a word back from her as to where the refund is or coming and just tells us "sorry and making big changes." We don't need excuses, we need action. For a company that has been in this industry for 15 years, this is the service your provide for a couple looking to celebrate their special day. Do NOT recommend at all. Even other caterers were weary of going with this caterer and we should have listened.
