This was a one night stop over on a longer trip and our first time staying here. We were greeted at 11pm by a polite and enthusiastic employee. She was very helpful with local information for the morning. The Room was excellent with good climate control, clean and very comfortable bed. A true value of a stop. Many choices to dine within one mile from every fast food chain the Black Bear Diner, Marie Callendars (yes it’s still operating) and a Hunters Steakhouse within walking distance.

Amazing!!! I travel ALOT and frequent many facilities. This is a great place to stay. Clean, quiet, all the amenities. Nice rooms too. After along day Aileen & Lilly and Crew are AMAZING. Professional, Courteous, Pleasant. Very Helpful and Efficient. When Im in town I look forward to my stay at Spring Hill Suites 👍

This hotel is located in a fairly quiet area in central Bakersfield, with lots of other hotel options nearby. We appreciated the central location and enjoyed our stay overall. We were there for two nights, and breakfast was included. The breakfast was not amazing, with minimal juice options, but it worked well enough to get us going in the morning. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was warm, with good water pressure. There were cookies available at the front desk a few times as we went in and out of the hotel, so we appreciated the enjoyable snack when they were there. Overall the stay was good and we would return on a future visit.

Really nice place to stay rooms and hotel are really clean. The staff is also really helpful and friendly. We stayed there on the weekend and they had really good breakfast my kids loved it.

Very impressed with this hotel. Staff are extremely professional and friendly, rooms are cozy and clean. I left my wallets in my hotel room and the staff shipped them to me.

It's a nice place. It's kinda plain but still has everything you need . I didn't get to use it but the indoor pool looks so inviting! They serve a free breakfast that is pretty good as well.

It's pretty clean and quiet there? The AC worked great! And the bed was very comfortable! I slept great. It's always a safe bet to stay here.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The shower was broken, and the iron board was also in disrepair. Clearly, the rooms are in desperate need of a remodel. The front desk was severely understaffed, and don't even think about getting a room change—they’ll just leave you stuck in your current room. The manager Curtis is extremely rude and avoids addressing any concerns as he feels “uncomfortable”. They flat out lie about any complaints you make to avoid offering a refund. When I asked to speak with him, he refused, claiming they were short-staffed and couldn’t do anything about the issues. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Stopped for a night on the way to the Bay Area from San Diego. This Spring Hill Suites is an excellent value. Wonderful spacious room and very welcoming staff. We were offered cookies on our arrival. The rooms were neat, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was free.
