These are great rooms. They’re big spacious very comfortable. Miss Liz was wonderful and helping everyone here the girl at the front desk Marissa. They’re all so helpful. Very highly recommend this hotel for everyone to attend. You will get the best service you have ever had.

Tyrena and Marissa||These two were super friendly and knowledgeable. I got in after a long day of travel. They smiled and got me checked in quickly and efficiently and when I left the front desk, I had no questions about the property. I stay in a hotel six times a month and this was probably the friendliest one I’ve encountered in a very long time. You should be really proud of them.

Tyrena went out of her way to be kind and friendly upon my arrival. One of my best experiences ever checking into a hotel. Especially after the fourteen hour work day I had just completed. What a wonderful way to end my day. Thank you Tyrena, you are an amazing person!

Our stay at home 2 suites has been fantastic! Our room attendant Lindsey has gone above and beyond in making our stay feel special! She gives us a very warm welcome, and greets our little by first name making them feel so special! Thank you Lindsey for being so wonderful!

My stay was great! And it was thanks to Tyrena! She was super friendly, greeted me each day with a smile. Very helpful with getting my travel plans situated, as they changed. She is the reason why I will be back to this home2suites.||Besides the great customer experience Tyrena gave me, the beds at this home2suite seem to be more comfier than other home2suites. I’ve spent the first three weeks of 2025 on business at this hotel!!

Service is somewhere in the minus area.
We stay at Hilton properties for work on the road. We have a coordinator that books these ahead of time and works out with them that we will presenting our boss's credit card. The same card the booking is under.
This front desk lady would not take our boss's card. We pay this way at Hilton properties all the time this way. I even had my boss send a authorization form, but Home2's web system wouldn't let him fill out the form with the card that was used to book the rooms. So he used a different card.
Our lovely front desk lady says she needs to talk with someone in the back, then comes out saying because he used a different card it's giving them some BS fraud rating.
Over 45 minutes WASTED to find this out. We booked online with the boss's card at a different Hilton property WITHOUT issue.
Home2 Suites... get your poop in group folks!!!
Oh... and our boss is some silver tiered blah blah blah customer. Not feeling the silver love, AT ALL.

I'm also remembering that our guy that booked these hotels received a call from Home2 as we are driving from our last hotel in Sacramento. Home2 was inquiring when we were planning to arrive. This was HOURS before check in. Why did they do that? First time ever in years we've been traveling.

Now that I have actually had some rest at a different Hilton hotel, Spark in Bakersfield I find that I am still upset about this. Implying that we are fraudsters or something. There manager person didn't even bother coming out to speak with us. Such bad form sir or ma'am.

Working out of town is always difficult, but upon arrival at this place it all disappears when greeted by Tyrena! Wonderful host and as a person, thank you Tyrena you’re the best! I must say that being away from home is not always easy, however staying here makes it feel great!

It’s got definite WOW factor. From the little touches of items that make you feel like you’re staying with a friend to the breakfast buffet which was awesome by the way! To the beverages offered all day long and throughout the night like the strawberry/lime refresher to the onsite gym, it’s got something for everyone to enjoy. I highly recommend this place for a getaway or for an organized group meeting or conference. It’s a phenomenal spot to stay.
