A newer hotel property, the room was very nice, great comfy bed, loved the pillows, and we really liked the ability to use their guest laundry room. The staff were extremely polite and greeted us warmly. It's a relatively quiet area even though the I-5 is down the street. We were really tired from long travels, so the super clean accommodations were extremely welcomed. We were on bottom floor and didn't hear anyone above us. Great place to stay. Pool was lovely, along with the entire complex.

I appreciate clean room, however the smell of pines was so strong when we walked on the room, we had to open the windows and thankfully there was a ceiling fan. We left for an hour and it had dissipated some to make it tollirable.

I pulled over tonight after I realized I was too tired to make the whole trip back to the Bay Area from LA.
Deborah was wonderful and quickly helped me get an amazing room near the office. I’ve always had a hard time falling asleep when traveling alone but it feels very safe here. The room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. I’m so happy I found this hidden gem for future trips.

We walked in late and Britney was able to quickly accommodate us and answer all of our questions. She was incredibly helpful with guidance on everything from parking our large vehicle to breakfast and gluten sensitivities (as well as being just DELIGHTFUL)

Rooms are nice and clean, complete with mini fridge, microwave, and tv. We needed to charge our phones and portable chargers and all of the outlets (including lamp-hosted) worked great.

Located just off the highway and tucked behind other buildings, the establishment seems perfectly safe and the hotel have many cameras all around to monitor the entire premises. Clear lines of sight all over

Simple but clean rooms, good location for when you’re in transit on I5. Definitely nothing special, quite loud in the rooms due to highway and gas stations around and very basic breakfast.
Rather expensive (at least in my case) for what was offered.

If you want to sleep, do not go to this hotel. The I5 is right beside the hotel. I thought it would be a great convenience. I was wrong. Breakfast was a bust. I will book another BW but off of I5 next time. We so enjoy the Best Western Chain but this one didnt make the cut.

Their is very much seating in the breakfast room. But the breakfast was very good. I enjoyed my stay.

I will start off by saying that the hotel really has little control over some of the negatives.|The hotel is right off I-5 which is nice until you’re trying to sleep at night. The highway noise is the loudest I’ve heard in a while and I don’t think there’s a room that wouldn’t get that noise. We were extremely tired after traveling so we managed to sleep. There isn’t an elevator to the second floor and the breakfast area is super small and doesn’t have a big variety of choices. With that being said, they did offer packaged muffins, some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and breakfast bowls and had a pancake machine. One thing I did appreciate was the laminated floors instead of carpet. The last thing was the noise from the work people staying there. They were outside in the evening and were really loud. I would stay here again if there weren’t any better options.
