I was in California for a funeral and booked a four day stay here. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen, so much so I didn’t even stay the days I paid for. It’s infested with roaches, the bed covers were absolutely disgusting, there are drug addicts and homeless people all around , the towels were the nastiest towels I’ve seen, and so much more. I was literally scared to go out at night because of the people and scared to use anything in the hotel. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote, but I feel I need to warn people about this hotel .

The man at the front desk was very kind (at first) and the gentleman that helped me and my family to our rooms was incredible! Obviously it’s no Marriott but the rooms weren’t horrible. AC turned on and cooled the room quickly, beds were clean and so was the furniture. The shower didn’t have any grips in the floor so it was slick. As for the man at the front desk, my ONE HUNDRED YEAR OLD great aunt was struggling with the AC and he told her (over the hotel phone) that he already came up once for help and he wasn’t going to come back. The room was FREEZING

Horrible place to stay don’t waste your money not only did the guy threaten to keep my $100 deposit he talked me unprofessionally in front of my family that I came to see from LA to Bakersfield and they say they are 100%” smoke free” it literally smells like smoke throughout the whole place dirty pool dirty rooms beds are falling apart and the doors are brown 0/10 trust me DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HORRIBLE PLACE WORST HOTEL TO STAY IN

The service was grade. He was very helpful friendly. I'm very accommodating. Unfortunately, our room took more than 7 hours. In order for Ed to have a good cooline in the room. Meanwhile, it we were dying of heat. The AC does not really work. The room was clean. Everything around was clean. And the service was excellent of the or at the front desk.

Gotta say the mixed reviews are a bit rough on this place. Service was quick with a smile, breakfast was nothing special but I enjoyed it none the less. The room was a bit gross and falling apart a bit, loose tiles, ripped furniture, etc... For 53$ a hot shower and some cold drinks can't complain. Had to sacrifice a hand towel since the microwave was legit disgusting 🤢 😷 but Imma leave it nice n clean. Might check out the pool later

For the amount of money, you get what you pay for, just a bed, bath, fridge (which leaked), microwave. There wasn't any coffee machine in the room which was advertised, the hairdryer didn't work, there was no working ice machine. The only thing going for this place was the friendly maintenance man who brightens the day with his friendly attitude, unlike the office staff.

I would give this place minus 5 stars. When I got to the hotel, the premises was dirty. The hallways were dirty and smelled horrible. The room was run down and smelled like cigarettes and urine. I requested to cancel at the window and the attendant said no problem he would approve a refund. A couple of days after following up with the booking company the hotel will not refund as promised. Keep your money and book at a different hotel. Do not make the mistake I did, please use my experience to your benefit. This Hotel is not what you're seeing online.
