So. The beds were clean, which is good. However the shower was missing a showerhead and the bath basin was littered with detritus. So if you need a bed and a room with a lock, you could certainly do worse. If you want to decompress and have a nice shower after a long day, perhaps turn your gaze elsewhere. However the lady who checked us in was pretty nice, and most importantly, she was there and available at 10pm when we desperately needed somewhere to stay. All in all, a 3/5.

Convenient location at end of town. Clean room, comfortable beds with nice refrigerator, microwave & wall mounted TV. Owner was very accommodating. Only drawback was some 'traffic noise' in morning from the highway ramp.

Stayed here a few nights while hiking and seeing the redwoods. Of course this isn’t your high class hotel that you will find closer to a city. But it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Good price. Great service by those that owned/staffed the Inn. Within walking distance from a few diners with great food and a great small coffee spot. Would recommend this hotel if you are coming to check out Humboldt Redwood State Park.

The exterior of the units in severe need of work: repairing brick steps to rooms, landscaping, painting, junk removal. It looks like the interior of the units has been recently updated with new wallpaper, flooring, bathroom fixtures, painting, tile work. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. No one at reception when we checked in; no one there when we checked out. A decent place to stay when you don't expect any amenities - or breakfast, or pool or an ice machine. Check local prices for your stay.Vi

I mean to be honest this place seems outdated but the manager was very nice and even cut us a deal because of the time of day it was. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Clean rooms, friendly owners, (upgraded me to a king as it wasn't being used, I'm a tall guy 6 2"), Great wifi (streamed football and no lag) and cute cats that help ward of evil spirits, most likely. No complaints 10/10.

Willing to let far too many college kids pile into one three bed room for a couple of nights. Rooms were not "luxury," but they were clean and warm and dry and that was perfect.. Tysm!

Made the reservation online and paid for the room before seeing it. The Motel seems to have been built in the 40's or 50's and may have been updated about 1975 judging from the decor. The rim around the toilet bowl was filthy (black marks/dirt). The Mattress was comfortable and sheets appeared clean. We slept well after I killed the flies and mosquito. We returned after a full day away and our room had not been made up. The manager explained he had been gone to pick up his daughter and all of the help was new. They did try to make it right by bringing us fresh towels and offering to make the bed. If you read they have wifi or internet access DON'T BELIEVE IT. It was intermittent and weak at best. In fairness the whole town seems to have become very distressed since our last visit to the area and this "Inn" seems to be part of the slide. The pool was not clean and there were no chairs around it. And for all of this... we paid more than we think is right.
