Hotels usually don’t impress me, they are what they are and I don’t go in with a lot of expectations, unless of course you’ve paid a ton and should have expectations. BUT, this hotel falls under reasonably priced and I’ve been very impressed. The guy who checked us in was so friendly and the guy who helped us with our luggage, Donavan (I think) was so nice and so helpful. What’s been really nice is the details: comfy beds, good water pressure, soap that actually smells good, easy and super fast room service with really good food… oh and real coffee cups for the in room coffee maker- that works! I appreciate when thought goes into the details and I will definitely come back here.

I live in Palm Springs and have driven down the 79 to Temecula but never stopped at Soboba Casino Resort until Friday night I won tickets through the Eagle 106.5 T. K. in the morning to see Leslie Jones. Everyone knows her as the black lady in the girl ghost buster movie. The drive was nice. The resort is awesome. 👏 pretty nice lay out. The casino was huge. The venue was nice. Had two huge video screens so no bad seats. If you get a chance go to the tree bar.

My first time with my son. The course is well kept and enjoyable to play. We played on a week day not crowded, looks easy, but not. The staff we made contact with were nice, polite, and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

Something is changing at Soboba. Someone else is in charge or some kind of stupid new policy, whatever it is it STINKS!! They Ruined our mother's 95th birthday. We would stay here once or twice month. Every stay we would request adjoining rooms, they would check us in to one room and we would wait for the other, at least we had one room to accommodate my 95yr old mother. After 12+ overnight stays in past 10 months THIS time was unacceptable. We waited 3+hours for any room. They wouldn't even give us one room because - I quote "there might be something wrong with the connecting room". So we waited. As we waited in lobby I was watching people checking in - 1pm rooms, 2pm rooms 3pm rooms. We finally get our rooms, not connected. Went back down to FD and complained - all the cleark kept saying was, I quote "well check in is at 4, Check in is at 4. Check in is at 4pm" Well what the hell was I watching and hearing people do the last 3 hours - CHECKING IN!!!! If I wanted to be treated like this I could have stayed at Motel 6! We were so disgusted we just checked our. We drove over to Agua Caliente, another casino we frequent and they checked us right in. ||(they didn't have to regular rooms connected so they upgraded one room to a suite that connected to a regular room. That's good customer service!) Needless to say WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK! Maybe you will have better luck.

When would my buddy to share our birthday week? And we were treated to a awesome steak dinner. But for years I've said soboba's steakhouse. It's the best in Southern California. The flavor on the ribeye. Unbelievable medium rare melts like butter when you bite it garlic mash the macaroni and cheese with lobster and bacon. Oh my God and the buttermilk cake with ice cream! Wonderful!, staff is super friendly, accommodating and goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you needed. Always asked if you had your players card so they could give you the discount if one applied. Just had a wonderful experience

The spa and pool are lovely! Towels are provided. Loungers and chairs are abundant.

Parking is ample and easy to access.

True pride is taken to make this resort beautiful.
There are fresh flowers in the lobby, beautiful landscaping and grounds keeping, all of the hard work shows.
We enjoyed lots of fun activities in the area, hiking, photography, bird watching, exploring the orchards.

I’ve visited many casinos in my life, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Every machine I played drained my money without even a hint of a bonus or payout — not a single win. It felt like the machines were programmed to take your money and give nothing back. A complete ripoff. I’ve never seen anything like it.

To make things worse, there was absolutely zero customer service. I called to follow up with the casino to inquire if my family could at least receive some free play in return. I left a message for Spencer, but so far, no response. It’s clear this casino doesn’t care about its customers or consumer feedback, even though they rely on us for their business.

This place is a scam. Zero wins, zero fun, zero service. Stay far away unless you want to leave feeling robbed.

The casino is super fun. Mainly cause there is actually good payouts over losses. Great accommodations and the atmosphere overall is pretty friendly and inviting.
