Cheap rates but you get what you pay for. A poorly patched ceiling. The repainted tub and sink are chipping. Frayed carpets. Screwed up showerhead. And 90 grit towels. The walls are thin and it was very noisy. Wont be back even if it's right next door to a great eatery.

First I want to say that the front desk staff are really nice. That being said there is nothing else redeeming at all about this Motel. The room is dirty, every surface is sticky. I had to go to Walmart and buy cleaner and literally wipe down every table, dresser, cabinet and countertop. I had to clean out the tub because it was dirty as well. It was covered in some kind of white powder. The people upstairs took a shower or flushed the toilet, I don't know which, and the ceiling started leaking above my toilet. There is food and bottle caps along the edges of the carpet especially by the refrigerator and in the closet bathroom area. The pillows stick out from the pillow cases and you can see they're all stained and brown and gross. There was tar stuck to the blanket on my bed. The ice bucket had obviously had coffee poured in it and had never been cleaned. The microwave has a carousel and the clear plate in it was not for that microwave, so it didn't properly fit. Everything I put in there spilled. The refrigerator door has shelves on the door but one of the shelves does not have a bar across the front so it's unusable. There is a valve in the back of the refrigerator obviously for water to leak out of the freezer that looks all moldy.

Courteous staff, rooms over priced and fairly clean room. My room had a microwave containing spilled, splattered chilli inside dirty dishes. Housekeeping needs major improvements.

Bathroom needs more cleaning, bunch of little bugs on ceiling and in room, on wall and floor. I also told the front desk, they said they were light bugs. We ended up getting bed bugs from here.

Rooms are big compared to other motels/hotels in Safford, customer service was great, smooth check in. Friendly house-keepers, I did see some construction going on, seems like they are renovating! Can't wait to visit and stay here again!
