Big Easy Catering is by far the best Cajun cuisine in this area, or state for that matter. Portion sizes are always filling (not too much and not too little). The flavors are always standout. The seafood pasta, seafood potato, gator bites with tiger sauce, best of the bayou, and everything else I’ve tried are always top notch. The owners are great guys and have always been extremely accommodating when I ordered. If you want true Louisiana flavors without having to drive south, Big Easy Catering is the place to go.

The Jambalaya here is absolutely incredible, and I can't fathom what Lori is talking about! She must be unaware of the true art of authentic New Orleans Jambalaya. This place is beyond awesome! Every time I come here, I indulge in their mouthwatering Jambalaya. In fact, I often order doubles just to ensure I have enough to savor later. My only gripe is that they should serve their phenomenal Jambalaya every single day without fail!
