Positive: The room was sensational. Best hotel room I ever had. It was very spacious. Nice hot shower, nice and cold ac ! The refrigerator and the microwave worked !! The best hotel room anyone could have. The breakfast was also fye !! 🙂 Negative: Only thing I didn?t like was checking out lol wish it could be my home forever 😉

Superb customer service. Large rooms with all utilities Nice breakfast. Location is a little remote ,further from the main roads. But very nice !!!!

Comfort Inn&Suites Hospitality was awesome and the rooms were so comfortable and spacious the breakfast was great my hats off to the chef she was great the breakfast was so good we really enjoyed ourselves can’t wait to come back again thank you for great service

The hotel itself was awesome! Great breakfast nice clean rooms at check in. However we had a room with a pull out couch and had no bedding for it. We asked several times to get blankets so our kid would have covers... ended up using a blanket We had gotten at Walmart. We left the room around 9am to explore and find some entertainment for the kids. We returned at 830pm only to find our room still dirty. No beds made, trash not taken out, and towels piled in the bathroom where they were left this morning. On top of that our TV would not turn down the volume was stuck on 50 something and was super loud and obnoxious. Really disappointed in how the experience was overall.

My expectations were not high based on some other comfort inn and suites I've been to in the past and the location of this one. However, I was pleasantly surprised! This hotel was dang near spotless! And I'm a perfectionist, so that's a big deal! It didn't have overbearing fragrances of cleaning agents (or odor-masking agents) that I've found in other hotels, either. I'm extra-sensitive to fragrances. The lobby, halls, elevator, rooms were immaculate! The staff, especially the evening staff, were phenomenal--so sweet and helpful! They were great through a mix up with my booking through choice hotels' app and got us exactly what we needed. Every night they hey popcorn and cookies for us to enjoy which was a special touch.
The only negative I have from our stay is the pool being closed for repairs while we were there.
Food was good. Average breakfast for a Comfort Inn and Suites (all your classic complimentary breakfast items + eggs, sausage, and make your own strawberry or regular mini waffles).

Positive: The employees were very helpful and very polite Negative: The carpets in the room are old and had a musty smell. The temperature in the room never went below 73 degrees (apparently) the air conditioner doesn?t work right), the indoor pool area is not air conditioned and the water was warm.
