We attended a wedding at Anedodi. The lake view is amazing. The heated pool is a fantastic addition and the area is very quiet. Side note- the decking boards are about due to be replaced and the wedding decor is a little bit outdated, but depends on your taste. Overall the place was great and would recommend!

We were fortunate to stay at this beautiful resort that sits on Norfork Lake over the 4th of July week. It was amazing! The location was easy to find on Google Maps. The place itself was tranquil, beautiful, so serene. Definitely a place worth staying if you want to relax and enjoy the view. It was so clean. The hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

We spent a wonderful week at Anedodi with friends and family. The views are even better than the photos! The house is freshly updated, the furniture all looks brand new, and everything was very clean on arrival. The covered deck is a great place to get together, eat, and play games, overlooking the pool and the lake. We enjoyed spending all day and some nights in the heated pool with the lights on. We can't wait to come back!

The property is absolutely as beautiful as it appears in the listing. The interior looks better in person than it appears in the listing as well. There's a few great elements that don't show up in the listing too. There's 2 acres or so of nice open space between the house and the road with widely spaced trees and disc golf course. If you're coming here for a wedding it would be a great place for all the kids to run around and get their energy out without disrupting the main event. The amount of amenities and just in case stuff in house is almost absurd - anything you might need or could possibly forget is probably in a drawer or closet somewhere. The property owners are responsive, easy to deal with, and generally very nice. I'm looking forward to coming back here next year with my family! Thank you!

Warning ⚠️ Scam alert!!!!
First off, beautiful view and the house bathrooms are nice. The pictures make it look way way bigger than it really is. The house is pretty small for the square footage. The pool is nice, too. However, my wife and I stayed here for a weekend. It cost over $2500. When we got there, you could see the grease on the cabinets and fridge door, light switches, pretty much anywhere a person touches there was grease. Seriously people. So at this point we are trying to not notice all the little dirty and janky things around the house. That's when we see the black mold all down the wall. Not kidding. I'm posting a picture of the mold. So moving forward. We stayed in the dirty mold ridden house with a great view for the weekend. We did dishes multiple times did laundry multiple times. We cleaned up after ourselves other than a load of pool towels and dishes. So what do they do they send us a bill for $250 cleaning fee.

Over $2500 for 2 nights and you are going to charge me $250 for a load of dishes and some pool towels. Yall got some brass. I build custom homes. The place is really just ok. It's has killer bathrooms and a stellar view. But for the money. We have stayed in nicer for much cheaper in Eureka and Hot Springs. Warning ⚠️ Scam. Nothing in the home states that a cleaning fee will be attached over dishes. Also the advertisement stated the house has everything you need to cook and so on. It's bare bones cheap plastic Teflon cookware. A pool floaty for small children was torn and I didn't notice. Luckily I was in the pool when it broke the rest of the way and he went under. That could have been a disaster. As I type I can't help but grow more irritated that someone would actually be that petty that's charging over 2500 for a weekend 😒

Just read their reply. Heaps of stuff huh? It was just my wife and I who is pregnant pregnant and i dont smoke 😆.... the place was dirty and you rented it out with mold in it. You can try to save face by lying. Send pictures of how bad we left it. Oh that's right you don't have any... because we didn't. You are slimy to try to say we left it a wreak. Like I said wouldn't recommend it .

We come here literally every year and always have an amazing experience. We always like to sit on the decking at night and play games and come together with our family and friends, because there is also a beautiful view of the lake from the top deck. The owners of Anedodi, have always been courteous towards us and have helped or replaced anything that needed to be done. Always a great place to stay!

Views are nice for a wedding. Inside of the house could use more than a few updates. Real downside is that the owner could try to SCAM you out of an extra few hundred dollars. Now in response to the owner, I have photos where she admitted her exaggeration & that the property wasn’t trashed as well as the photos she sent me of the “large amount” of trash across her 12 acre property (amounted to less than a small bag full). I disputed the charges with VRBO immediately. They ended up siding with us in my dispute & did not charge me. I do admit we didn’t move a couch that my wedding planner moved because I didn’t realize that it was even moved. But come on talk about ruining the mood after your wedding!

Also, make sure you report the hole in the wall at the deck door because she’ll attempt to charge you for it even though it’s clearly really old. Be aware that the wedding patio is super dirty & doesn’t look like the posted pictures; it is in desperate need of a power wash. The downstairs bathroom smells like sewage. And final warning, NEVER reply to her personal communications after rental. She sent me an email outside of the booking platform that I unwittingly replied to with feedback and possible fixes - prior to being charged. She definitely tried to dupe us & spoiled the thought of her property for our wedding.

This place is awesome, absolutely perfect, we could not have asked for a better location to have our daughters wedding... thanks to Anedodi for an amazing week..
