The rooms are a little dated, but overall, the experience was note-worthy. Customer service is excellent and our one-night stay was wonderful. We got a restful sleep on comfortable beds. The room and bathroom were clean. I love that my room had a refrigerator with a freezer compartment so that I could keep my ice packs/ cooler frozen.

There was plenty of space to walk our dogs. And the complimentary breakfast was exceptional. If we're ever in town again, you've got our business.

I spent 2 nights. Perfectly clean, great service desk. The only thing was 6:30 breakfast. It's 6am every where I go. I had to eat out for breakfast. People were waiting for the breakfast area to open. Also, housekeeping, please check the refrigerator when a guest checks our. Their takeout was in my refrigerator. It kind of creeps me out to put my stuff in.

It's a beautiful and quiet hotel in a nice town. After a 12 hour driving day, it's a perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy some very high quality amenities in a beautiful hotel and room. The room was high end looking and spacious. Very inviting and we will definitely stay there again.

This room was definitely not worth the high price I paid for one night. The room itself smelled musty, like feet or wet/soured laundry. The toilet did not work correctly and took several flushes before actually working. The bed, while comfortable, had small stains on the sheets, including the mattress protector (guess it did its job.) the tv and channel selection was nice and the office chair was comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Check in was a little rocky due to my door not wanting to open but it was eventually fixed. The front desk clerk was super nice and funny. Unfortunately, I did find splatter of either old blood or feces on the wall above one of the beds. That really creeped me out. I will not stay again and will most likely book with the Hilton next store if needed.

I don't have much negative to say about this hotel. The room was plenty big enough and the beds are very comfortable. I love the pillows. Staff was friendly. The location was great, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Like chinese restaurant and mexican, and Thai restaurant. The only thing the wifi has very low signal. Due my bussiness trip i stay there 34 days. The Mountain Home Holiday Inn Express is a wonderful place to stay whether on business

The first room had ants the second room had ladybugs and was too small. The room needed repairs as well. The last room was the best but it is horrible I had to move every night. I requested a refund for the 3rd night so I could leave early and no one could approve the refund. I should have been allowed to leave early at minimum. Offer a discount or free night would have been better. The staff would do nothing if they had to go out of way. The front desk staff had little authority to do more than check in/out and no manager on duty at all time as so most questions or needs were unresolved. The breakfast and breakfast lady was great. Actually only good thing about our stay.

The room was very clean.

Staff were friendly & helpful.

Beds were terrible.

This, coupled with the noisiness of the mornings.(cleaning ladies-I’m talking to you!) made our stay a bit tedious from lack of decent sleep.

Breakfast was sad and sparse even by IHG standards.

That being said, I’d likely stay here again because of the cleanliness & the feeling of safety.

I’ve stayed here in the past as well.

The receptionist went above and beyond to satisfy her customer. I ran off and forgot a charging cord for my phone. I asked the receptionist if they had a spare one that maybe someone had left. She said they didn't but could still help me. She went to her car and got her cord and let me use it for the night. She didn't have to do that, especially to a complete stranger, but she did to please her customer. I believe her name was Stacy. I was so appreciative by what she did. If there were more people like Stacy in this world, the world would be a better place. I returned her cord to the front desk the next morning and was sad that she wasn't working. I wanted to thank her again for the nice gesture.
