It's been years since we've been there, but it had the coolest gift shop in the lobby! It's such a beautiful area to enjoy our cross-country ride!

Very nice staff! I checked in late, and a nice lady named Jodi greeted me with a smile. After being on the road all day, it's nice to have an easy, pleasant check-in. My TV didn't work, I was offered another room after an attempt to fix it, but since it was so late, I just stayed where i was. Thank you for the extra effort to make sure I was ok for the night... Sorry if I got the name wrong but it was the nice lady working the evening of 9/6

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the rooms and pool were clean. The area felt safe for my family. The beds were terrible. We slept terribly both nights and woke up sore. The price per night was also high at $149 per night after tax. Overall, not a bad place but I expected a little better for the price.

We needed a simple room to overnight after driving into town all day. We met some other folks that were in town exploring the area, that felt this hotel met there needs as well. Functional, clean, located close to everything. I would stay again without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed ta this hotel on 9-13 thru 9-15-24. We had a king size bed on the 1st nite. I ask cld we get a double bed room for tha next nite. I ask the clerk, and she told me that I wld have to pay for both rooms. Didn't try to accommodate us at all. Not satisfied with the situation at all.

I have a disability that makes it very difficult to walk up steps. It is dangerous because of my balance issues. I requested a bottom floor room long time before my arrival date. I even called back and made sure later I was good. But when I got there I was told I was on the 2nd fl . They refused to even try to get me a bottom floor. I knew they were full because it was an convention I wa attending. I'm 75 and my husband is 85 and there was no where else for us to go. But it was very early in the day when we arrived and half of the people I knew weren't there. I don't understand why I couldn't be accommodated with a room change. We've stayed there several times. But I can't take a chance of ever driving as far as I did to get there and not have a room I needed. I drove 5hrs to get there. I was very upset that It was not given a second thought to help solve my problem and at the end of the weekend I and not well at all and it's going to take some time to recoup from this trip. I can't do it again. I'm really disappointed because usually we have had great experience. Just pretty sad if you ask me. I do know for a fact I'm not the ony one this happen to.

This place is a joke, when I arrived the lady working didn’t even look for my booked and paid for room. Had to wake my dad up for the receipt. Then she went to tell me that she had booked the last two rooms and I didn’t have a room. Upon standing there, she finally looked through the paperwork and found my reservation and paid for the beds were super uncomfortable. You could fill the springs coming through, they also had visitors that I guess were staying for longer than a couple of nights. They had a barbecue grill all their chairs set up outside and were very loud on my last morning. Let them know that my toilet was clogged up and they informed me. come and get a plunger at this point I was extremely PO . I went to the office and there was two ladies in there. I don’t understand why one of them couldn’t have walked down and brought a plunger and plunge the toilet. I literally never stayed anywhere they didn’t have someone to take care of issues, I will not ever stay at this place again. Suggestion to the next people that want to stay there look for an Airbnb. There’s lots of them around there.
