This is one hotel that actually has comfortable beds, I mean really comfortable, king sized beds. The staff is always fantastic. There’s a little gift shop that has something for all ages. The restaurant is ok, not great, but we’ve really appreciated having it available. Cable tv package is sub par (57,000 channels and nothing on). A couple had their wedding here last weekend, and I can see why; the views are spectacular, and the lodge is very nice. Plus, the hotel is large enough we’ve never had a problem getting a room.

We stayed at Queen Wilhelmina Lodge this past week for 2 nights for my husband's birthday and it was amazing! Our room was really nice! It was spacious, very clean and we had a fireplace and spa tub in our room and it was great! We ate at the restaurant three times and each time our food was served quickly and it was delicious! Our servers Sarah and Chase were great! When we arrived the trees were covered in ice and it was magical. We went on two hikes right by the lodge and the views were amazing. We made a puzzle in the hearth room one night and that was a lot of fun. We will definitely be back!

This place is a bit out of the way for a normal lunch, but for something special, it’s well worth the effort to get there!!
The food is delicious and reasonably priced, the service is great, and the setting is magnificent. Unfortunately there was heavy fog when we visited, but a little imagination was all it took to envision the beautiful view this setting offers.
If you’re passing through Mena Arkansas, and you have time on your hands, it will be well used to make the 15 mile drive up the mountain for a great dining and natural experience.

We only ate here at the restaurant. We got here after they were done serving breakfast but the cook still offered to make us breakfast. It was very good and the coffee hit the spot after. It's located in the mountains with a beautiful view.

Great views and Interesting things like the wonder house. Food was amazing and great price. Only down side is they were short staffed and it was a little bit of a wait for food

I have stayed here a few times in the past but I am leaving this review before my stay next month because even though the rooms are so comfortable the food is decent and the views are great… I want to shout out Jennifer for making the booking experience so amazing.

I came in on a fall foliage drive on a very, very foggy day. The hiking was still fun on one of the little Trails out front. However, I could not see anything at all and I imagine it was a great view.

The restaurants food was pretty good and the host was very nice. The beer selection is nice and delicious.

The gift shop has some very nice things. So, I did get a nice undershirt for future hikes as well.

I will probably come back this way again for another Fall foliage hike and drive another year.

Every single detail was just perfect. Clean & comfortable lodging, food was amazing, the view is spectacular, nice trails, & had a blast on the Rich Mt. Scenic railroad!!
