I thought it would be a cheap room for me and friend whom was my ride after oral surgery the next morning. He tried to get heater to work with no success and there was not a phone in the room to call for help. I know there is the NO REFUND policy at all hotels but when I took the room key back within 30 minutes and let them know I couldn't get the heat working... It worked last night was the answer so I thought of asking for a different room but I was my friend had just gotten out of hospital with pneumonia and I was very cold as well. I won't stay there again. It was 50.00 lost and I didn't think it was my fault for the heater not working. Yes I expected a refund but realized it is not possible.

Perfect location , upfront management, clean room, rooms, and comfortable beds.

Is there anything else you could ask for in a roadside hotel? No!

I made this booking two days ago and I drove seven hours on the road and it was just simple, quick and easy overall the best roadside hotel of them all and I’ve been to too many. I travel for work…AT&T corporate.

The rooms are $275 a week. Surprisingly, they had rooms when their more expensive, same caliber, competitors were booked up.
My room happened to have about 30 to 40 fake rose petals all over the floor I had to clean up.
Everything was there to be comfortable, though. TV, fridge/freezer, microwave.
The maintenance man, who happens to be the husband of one of the maids, not only has an attitude towards people who talk to his wife, WHILE SHE IS ON DUTY, but stole money from the room of a customer that he had no business being in her room as there was no work order on it. Then he lied about it and finally gave back most of it after cops were called. Owners were aware of it. But still refused to fire him, under my belief, because they would lose their maid too.
The owners are, however, very nice people.

Worst place I've ever been. The bedbugs are out rageous. They've just about taken over the back of the motel. The staff looks at it like they don't even care

Lady at the front desk completely ignored me whenever I greeted her. She made me stand there for a whole minute before she even acknowledged my existence. She was nice enough to give me a room overlooking our U-Haul and cars, but the room was filthy. They were bugs in the room, there is no shelf in the shower so all of the used soaps and papers were littering the top of the shower, there was trash on the floor, and whenever I peeled back the coverlet on the bed there was a long black hair and stains. It's as if they don't even clean the rooms, they just make the beds. The water smelled like sulfur. Run! Do not go here!

The house keepers was nice, two of the females who works the desk in the office were nice, but the owner and the maintenance guy were completely and utterly jack wagon's towards tenants who's staying there, people constantly asking you for cigarettes, some asking you if you know where to get narcotics when you don't know where to get any and that you don't mess with narcotics, Paramedics and cop's are always coming around. Before a friend of mine got the room the toilet wasn't clean, and before my friend switched the room to my name the toilet was still dirty till I cleaned it on Sunday the very same day that the owner said that he isn't going to extend my room because the maintenance guy lied to him about something, all because I asked the maintenance guy on Saturday if he could fix the chain in the tank of the toilet. The owner literally gave me one hour to get my stuff out of the room, and then told me to get all of my stuff and my dog off the property or he'll call the cops on me. Oh and on top of that the room is full of Cockroaches and Bed Bug's. I literally had to have a friend of mine to help me get all of my stuff put into 5 shopping carts and pull them to another hotel. If I were you never go here at all. If I could give this place a negative thousand stars I would. This place needs to be shut down for health violations and safety violations. The only best thing is that it's near a Liquor Store, and some what in walking distance to Walmart and a gas station.

BedBugs! When we first arrived, We were given the wrong room key. So then I went back to talk to the front desk and they realized that not only had they coded the key card wrong but they had given us the wrong room. We weren't in the suite. They said here's the new key card and if you don't like your room, just come back down. Well guess what, we didn't like that room. The air conditioner didn't work, there was one TV and the room looked generally unkept. We went down to get a new room and this one was worse. The bed had huge holes in the bed cover, you could see all the way through to the bed sheets. You could the bed bugs moving around.

I would not recommend staying here.
