The service was average. The breakfast lady exceptional, checkin clerk a little rude.

The room was large, in okay condition, and had a large two head shower. It could have been great. However, it stank. In fact the whole end of the hotel stank of mold and mildew on the second floor. The first clue should have been the cheap, overpowering, air freshener smell when I walked in. The stairwell reeked. There is no way I could stay in that room 2 nights and contemplated asking for another but had came in, dropped my bags, and left for dinner. Luckily I was only there for one night. There is no way they are unaware of this situation as evidenced by the air freshener and it didn't get that in a day or two, no excuse.

After reading another review from yesterday, I have to say that I agree that there was an oder throughout the hotel but it was REALLY bad on the second floor opposite of Starbucks.

Sadly not a good review. Strong smell of a perfume scent pet carpet deodorizer in the rooms that killed my sinuses and made me itch. Tried a couple rooms with high hopes before leaving. King beds were springy and not the normal Hilton brand. Lobby had a slight cat pee smell. May want to remove carpet and trade up for laminate or tile and new beds. Love racking up my Hilton points but not here. Front desk clerk was wonderful as always with the brand.

We stayed 4/10/25. Very nice and clean . The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfest was so good!! We would definitely stay here again. It is easy to get too off the Interstate.

The room was the average Hampton Inn size and provided us what we needed. It was very clean. The pool was a good size. The pool towels were small and thin. The front desk staff helped and struggled with items needed for the pullout sofa.

Checked in, got to our room could not get the live television to work called the front desk. We were advised that live television was not working. The repair man needed to get some sort of part and we were not refunded. We were not given the option to go to a different hotel. we should’ve been advised at the time of the check-in that they did not have working local and live television. We are extremely disappointed in Hampton by Hilton. And especially the service we received at this hotel.

Update to this review I was able to speak with the manager on Monday and he made things right. Thank you, Hampton Russellville for understanding our situation.

Was great location for where we needed to be. Nice central location. The night we checked in, the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The lady prong breakfast together was also very nice. If I had to come back I would stay again.

Positive: It was right off the highway. Check in was fast. Negative: The staff wasn?t very friendly. I did check in really late so I?m sure they were tired but the morning staff was short also.

While on a trip we stayed here for one night. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was worried about too close to the front area of the hotel due to noise. However, the clerk made sure we had a room that was positioned to help shield from noise. We got a great night sleep. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the room are just right. Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is perfect for travelers. It is just off Interstate 40 and on the main road through town. There are plenty of good restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is up to date, clean, comfortable, spacious, and the hotel staff take care of you. I recommend staying here when in the area.
