Horribly inconsistent quality. Many drinks are way too sweet one day and another day fine. The past three time my order was wrong or just disgusting.

Love the staff. They are always so friendly. Love the coffee (mocha explosion) but wish there were more canned drink options because it's only cocoa cola or mountain dew. Love coming here and Big Cuppa and will continue to use both.

Staff are always helpful, friendly, quick, and cheerful! I always enjoy talking with them and I definitely enjoy the coffee! I am a regular now M-F and sometimes I have to get that extra cup of coffee for the week on Saturday (at the Big Cuppa Location Downtown)! I also highly recommend the toast app it is convenient for both you and them!

Before lil cuppa, I didn’t know what the purpose of the building they moved into was originally for, and the area always looked empty.
Now the building will always be seen as a wonderful and convenient place to get coffee, drinks, food, and meet the wonderful team that keeps Big & Lil Cuppa staying a wonderful place!

I ordered a white chocolate frappe with coconut with an extra shot. I also got a chocolate muffin. My drink was perfect and the muffin was moist and has chocolate chunks! The service was great and my order was better! Thank you!
