The food was cold (again). Not even warm. Does your restaurant not adhere to food safety guidelines for times and temps? I would recommend training on how to make smaller batches more frequently, as needed, to ensure that product isn’t getting cold before being served to guests; you might end up with less waste and be able to reduce the amount you have to charge to your guests for a single meal.

This was my first visit. I ordered a two-piece and the chicken and fries were cold. The okra was lukewarm. I do not know why anyone will serve cold food. I could have saved my money and cooked at home but I wanted to try this place for the first time. I should have read the reviews.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! 1/12/25 3:30pm. I called ahead to order a 16 piece family meal all wings and requested that it be cooked fresh. The manager told me he'd cook it fresh and it would take 20 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later to find the food already bagged up. Got back to my vehicle, opened the box and all this chicken was old and dry. Fries were lukewarm. 3 of the cheese sticks were lukewarm while 3 were piping hot. What an absolutely disgusting way to treat customers.

Was looking for fried dill pickles and found them here. And I also discovered fried chicken livers. Pickles was very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back. Livers were delicious 😋

Food was good but my Lord WAY OVER priced. 50.00 for a family of three?! 20 piece chicken strip meal. Plus some mozzarella sticks. Good customer service but won't be back.

First time trying chicken express and probably the last. Went through the drive thru ordered a 16 piece mixed fried chicken dinner with three sides and fried corn nuggets. We were told it would be about 15 minutes for the chicken. It took 37 minutes in the drive thru all to get home and find out there was only 9 pieces of chicken. Do better Conway‼️‼️‼️

The chicken tenders be stale & crispy hard(most of the time) to the point you can’t even chew it. Okra be cold, fries be cold and soggy. I wonder do they ever replace the food after so many hours instead they let the food sit under lamps. Oh and sitting in the drive thru for 10-15 or more minutes just to get stale/cold food is insane. & then manager acts like he funding the food out of his pockets when politely ask if I could get the food replaced. lol I like this place but that was just crazy.
