This place is amazing. Miss Joy met us at the front door with her sweet smile which gave us a warm feeling from the very start. It is very quiet and peaceful and the rooms are nice and clean. Jerry was very friendly and his smoothie was great at breakfast. Breakfast was top notch.

It’s just a mile from Mt. View’s downtown so close enough to enjoy the town but still have the quiet country experience.

I spent one night at the Country Oaks Bed and Breakfast and I’m thoroughly pleased with my experience. There is nothing to complain about! I enjoyed the beautiful grounds, rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, spacious room, information provided by the hosts, and the breakfast. If you’re in the area of Mountain View, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Country oaks is gem!! The rooms are themed and wonderful. The grounds are very nice. Definitely take a walk. We saw multiple species of wildlife. The pond fishing was a blast.
The breakfast was outstanding!!!
I highly recommend spending a relaxing weekend and unwind!!!!

Literally a life saver. We got stuck trying to leave Mt. View during a freak snowstorm. They let us stay here even though they don’t usually allow bigger dogs. We had 2 with us. Served us soup for supper and a delicious breakfast. Super nice folks and a beautiful view. We’ll come stay again in nicer weather.

This B & B is exceptional. Carole, Jerry and Joy have made every effort to accommodate their guests and meet every need. The Grandma room was spotless and very spacious. The pantry was stocked for snacks and cookies every evening. Oh, I can't forget to mention the beautiful grounds and pond for fishing. If you are looking for a time to get away and relax, visit this B & B. I don't think you will be disappointed.

We absolutely loved this place. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Carol and Jerry were wonderful hosts and had great advice about things to do in Mountain View. Everything about the place was a cut about the rest and the owners are lovely people who take time to get to know their guests.

Very beautiful home in the quiet trees but the old home smell was bad and there were no comfortable chairs anywhere and no space in the refrigerator and you couldn't get breakfast until 8:30. But, Joy was very nice!

Very nice B&B just minutes (by vehicle) from downtown Mountain View. We stayed in the Children's room. Property, both accommodations and grounds, very well maintained. If it was within closer walking distance to downtown square it would be a 5 star!
