Excellent place to stay! We arrived Friday, February 7 and stayed with our ball team. There was a slight mix-up with our reservation. The fantastic lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She was the type of person that just makes you happy you are there! Always smiling and helpful! Our suite was spotless. I am very picky about cleanliness, and it exceeded my expectations! Comfortable beds, large shower. Overall just perfect! Would absolutely stay again!

Positive: Cleanliness, good breakfast with longer hours than most hotels. Negative: Refrigerator did not get cold enough. Sports teams staying in the hotel made our first night (Friday) rather noisy. Saturday night was better.

I booked a room for my husband to see our daughter graduates from college. I mistakenly booked in Conway Arkansas rather the Conway SC.. I contacted Booking.com they said Call the hotel which I did . They said booking .com needs to address the issue . I lost 280.00 no refund .. don’t recommend this hotel or booking .com..

My little family of four was so moved by the way Lavonda was with us. We checked in around 3am off a long road trip with our two young babes and you would think she would’ve been just as tired as us, but she wasn’t. Lavonda was a ball of light, and so sweet, and accommodating given that it was so early! We really appreciated her and her kind welcoming spirit!

UCA parent here—this is our go to hotel in Conway. It’s beautiful, clean, and has nice amenities. The staff are all friendly and professional. The breakfast never disappoints.

Excellent hotel. Great management and staff. Very comfortable beds and quiet. We stayed on two separate occasions. Ms Claudia Long has a well trained and professional staff. Heather and Darren were extremely helpful. Very good Mexican food restaurant across the parking lot. Highly recommend staying here.

The ONLY negative about the actual hotel was the overwhelming fragrance in the lobby. I read where another reviewer enjoyed it but I know if I had to spend time in the lobby it would have given me a headache. We were in a room very close to the lobby and that perfume wafted into our room. That being said, it wouldn't stop me from staying there again.|Staff is super helpful and friendly. Beds are firm and comfy. Breakfast was pretty basic. Parking lot seemed small. We were on backside of hotel and didn't hear interstate at all. Not much noise from above floor either. Not of fan of the sliding bathroom doors. We also travel with a night light for night time trips to the bathroom and it came in handy. |One negative that the hotel can't control is that it's next to a Walmart & there was a man walking around begging for money. So, there's that element right beside the hotel. I think next time, I'll pick a hotel a little outside of a major city to avoid that type of thing.
