Stayed here in May 2025 for a quick leisure trip in town with my spouse and dog. We booked a king room and found check-in to be incredibly fast — probably one of the smoothest hotel check-ins I’ve had. Staff was polite, and the $25 pet deposit was easy to handle. Bonus points for the lobby offering dog treats — a nice touch.

The room itself was decent, and the bathroom looked modern, but cleanliness was clearly not a priority. Nothing alarming, but it didn’t feel like deep cleaning happens between guests. That said, the king bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the TV was large and modern with a great entertainment selection.

Breakfast was surprisingly great. Even when we came down toward the end of the breakfast window, everything was still hot, stocked, and fresh. Biscuits, gravy and sausage was my favorite breakfast. Wi-Fi worked without issue, and parking was easy.

Unfortunately, we had a serious lapse in privacy during the stay. A staff member entered our room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, without knocking or announcing themselves. The manager acknowledged the incident and said it would be addressed, but it definitely left a mark on the experience — especially since we had a pet with us who could’ve easily been startled or escaped.

Aside from that, the hotel felt safe, service was generally polite, and it’s one of the most affordable pet-friendly options in Conway. That alone gives it value for travelers with dogs. I’d probably stay again — but only because of the location, price, and dog-friendliness.

Absolutely horrible hotel. The hallways smelled sour which was confirmed by other guests. There was dirt on the floor, on the lamps and on the counters. Actual dirt. There was hair in the shower. The front desk lady was not helpful at all. I emailed the company for a refund and no one responded or cared. I paid over 200 dollars for 2 nights and it was disgusting. This is my first ever Google review, that’s how strongly I feel about this.

I had rented my room for about 3 hours. I noticed room service was hanging out side our room. A guy came to our room, asked if we were smoking. I told him no. He put his head in the room. Said yes you are smoking get out, you have 10 minutes. We left. They charged me a extra 250.00 on my card. This has got to be a scam. There rooms were filled up they needed it for other people. Double pay. I would never use my card there, because they will charge you anything they want. Sad 😭

Very disappointed. Have always stayed at Laquinta. The floors needed vacuuming. Smelled musty. Microwave in room was dirty. Bed was hard, pillows were lumpy. Dining area chairs were badly soiled. Desperately in need of a good cleaning.

I have read so many bad reviews, I almost cancelled my stay . I decided to see for myself . I'm glad I did , the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and kind ,and, the staff was very friendly and helpful .The rooms was clean , the beds were comfortable and bedding was clean . It might be in need of a few updates but all and all it was a great place to stay .

I’m not a really picky person at all but the whole stay was terrible. From check in I stood at the desk for 3 awkward minutes while the clerk vaped and played on her phone and when she finally noticed me she was almost annoyed and got a sarcastic sounding “how can I help you” checked in and paid. Went to room 107 to which the door needed fixed. Barely opens or closes. Room was not clean. Pet hair, mounds of dust everywhere and stained sheets and towels, but I reminded myself it was fairly cheap I can deal with it. Didn’t want to complain. Got our stuff in and took the kids to the pool. There was boxes of open cereal, bowls full of cereal everywhere, trash everywhere. Wet toilet paper everywhere… underwear and clothing strung about. There was no towels nothing to dry off with and the exit in the pool room was broken and open. We tried to shut it and informed the clerk and they didn’t care so anyone could just walk in… while in the pool I had thrown out leafs, chewed gum, and broken pieces of the pool out of the pool, picked up tacks and threw away cause it was a hazard to be on the floor in there. Tried to make the best out of the scenario. Went back to our room tried to turn on the heat but our thermostat was broken so tried to turn it on at the unit. Which was successful but baby roaches started running out of the unit. Once we got dry we tried to switch it to ac as we like to sleep cool and it was broken it would run for about 5 minutes and turn off no matter what we tried. So it made for a miserable night. About 11 to midnight for a hour the fire alarms kept going off. Finally went to the front desk to ask what was up. They told us someone was smoking outside and setting it off… they said they took the batteries and unplugged it so it would stop disturbing people… my husband used to work on fire and security alarms and his father still does that’s against fire code. We reported it to the police to which the fire department was said to have came out and cleared it as okay but made for a restless night knowing that there was no fire alarms in the event of a emergency…. Tried the 24 hour hot coffee bar to find out it was a 24 hour cold stagnant coffee bar… I did let the hotel know about the roaches and air situation and they said at 1am they can move us rooms but my kids were already asleep and I’d have to repack the room and wake them and it seemed like more hassle when I already needed sleep to begin with… worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at… breakfast was just as disappointing… the eggs were dry and hard… the potato bell pepper mix was not done. Cold crunchy potatos… least there was hot coffee for breakfast…

It was not a bad experience at all. Thr best thing is that I paid just a little over $100 for a double queen. We did notice though when we got to our room it was open? That was definitely sus. The breakfast and stuff were phenomenal. The waffles were on point and so was the eggs, sausage, and breakfast sausage gravy. We slept great and the beds were great for just 12 hours. We will be back to stay when we return to see my family. That is the ONLY reason I would EVER TRAVEL TO OR THROUGH FAULKNER COUNTY/ CONWAY, AR. IT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED OR BEEN TO. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOWN OR COUNTY. Hotel and staff were excellent though.

Very comfy bed, quiet room, tv works fine, internet was good. Had a large parking space for my van - trailer. Staff was friendly and we grabbed a bit of breakfast in the dinette room. I'd stay here again - the most important thing is a good night's sleep, and we got it.
