The rooms are very clean, very well arranged. The staff was very nice and helpful with all our needs and questions. The indoor pool is big very clean chlorinated correctly. Kids had a lot of fun. The lobby has a lot of seating areas comfortable too. The breakfast area is well organized there are so many foods and drinks to choose from. Hot breakfast of waffles freshly made and eggs biscuits and gravy so much more. The amenities are truly wonderful. The price for rooms and all these services are great value. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future. Thank you!

The staff is incredibly thoughtful and caring. She noticed me pull into a handicap parking space with my placard and immediately offered a first floor room because the elevator was out. The pool was refreshing and the breakfast had lots of options for hot food. Unfortunately the beds are extremely hard even with 5 high quality pillows I was hurting the next day.

There are two CS hotels in Conway. This CS is located at 705 Museum Rd in Conway, AR on the north side of I-40. Easy access, but entrance can be easily missed. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Hotel amongst other hotels close by. Plenty of sit-down restaurants within walking distance. Nighttime outside security provided, well lit.||Cons. Hotel undergoing major renovation by day, quiet at night. Indoor pool inop due to recent (few weeks ago) freezing temperatures. Floors down to cement, a few walls can see studs. Breakfast room in conference room. Not enough food. Ran out of yogurt, milk, scrambled eggs. What was there was cold. Waffles were good. Overall, not impressed with breakfast.|May be under very new management.

Clean room and comfy bed. Decent free breakfast. Easy parking. Close to a Walmart, restaurants and highway. Great value and nice staff. Definitely would book again if staying in Conway or driving through. Safe location too if that’s important to you.

We made a reservation for two nights as we were coming in from FL for a funeral. As we arrived, the front desk employee was outside vaping, he made eye contact, I spoke to him, and then he still kept us waiting 1-2 mins. before walking in. After taking my ID, phone and email, he then informed us the only room left was on the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't work. He said the website is corporate and they have no control over what they advertise. I asked why he couldn't call pending reservations to make sure that was ok for them. By then, it was after midnight, and we had to pay close to double to get a room at a nearby hotel b/c it was too late to get an online reservation anywhere. Shameful.

There was only one problem with our stay. That is we were on the bottom floor and were the cars drove by and the Light pole was across from our window. The curtains in the room were sheer ones, the light shown in every time a car drove by and the light shown in the room. You might would consider putting darker sheer curtains. Just a thought

We were given a room where we couldn't fully lock the door. The phone in the room didn't work. We went down to catch breakfast and as we walked in we went to get our food and employees went around us got the last of the hot food and started eating we ended up grabbing some coffee checking out and going to Waffle House.

The best part of this hotel was the location.

Great staff, clean rooms and great breakfast availability. Place is under construction but don’t mind that a bit. I will always come back to this location. It’s in a great location with many food options to choose from. It has multiple vehicle chargers including for Teslas.
