Update 3/30/25 I had an extended stay for work trip and they took so good care of me . Front desk guy think his name was Pat was so sweet and The lady in housing keeping too m. The help me and ge even loaded my things when I left . I will definitely come back ! So kind ….The front desk guy was so kind and very talkative love it

UPDATE: I was just kicked out because I dirtied up some towels cleaning dirt off myself and for using the trash can to throw away trash 😑 I was harassed by two grown men and a woman who all came to "clean" the room.

The room was clean and easy to access from the parking lot. Even with it being right next to the highway it was fairly quiet inside the room. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Nice motel. rooms are very clean, check in was very friendly and easy. prices are reasonable. location is very safe, huge shopping center just across the street. restaurants and anything you would need within a few blocks. pool was open and clean. only stayed one night but it was a perfectly fine stay. I would recommend quality Inn Conway to anyone.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating! It's an older motel but the rooms are clean, the showers are hot and the breakfast is tasty. It is a good value for the price. Although we didn't have time to swim, the pool looked very beautiful and inviting.

I checked in late Saturday (6/22) morning and was met with a chipper concierge that got me taken care of right away. Throughout my weekend, there were great staff.

Breakfast is extremely simple but decent overall.

Did not check out the pool.

The wifi worked great and I could even play some games on it.

My room was ok. It may need a remodel as it is a bit old feeling with the 2by4 sink leg and cigarette smoke smell my room had. If I remember correctly, I was in a non-smoking room so that smell gave me a hard time sleeping.

The worst part was that there was a dead cockroach in between the bed and the box frame. Later I found another, but alive one, on the wall.

The staff is better than 2 stars but the actual room lived up to the 2-star rating it has.

I randomly stopped here one night on my way to my grandmas house it NW Arkansas because I didn’t want to travel the mountains at night. I stopped in the front desk and the gentleman was very nice and accommodating. He put me in a room 3 doors down from the main office, maybe for my safety or maybe to watch and make sure I wasn’t going to cause any problems. Who knows? I always get strange reactions as a female traveling alone. Anyway, the room was clean enough and everything was working. Just a basic hotel room with a working TV, fridge, and microwave. I got a good nights sleep and checked out the next morning after enjoying their complimentary breakfast. They have a waffle maker! Good value for a quick one night stay.

The hotel rooms seem old. The bed was not comfortable. The sheets and comforter were clean, but old. The pillows are tiny on a king size bed. The attendant at the front desk, Bobby, was very nice and brought me extra towels and extra pillows at my request. He was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. Check in and out was easy. We really had no issues with our stay.

Best Quality Inn that I have ever stayed at!! The employees were very kind and honest. The room was also clean and very comfortable. 10/10!!! Keep up the great work guys and gals!!
