I made this reservation at the last minute during a sales call to that area. The hotel was very cost-effective so I didn’t expect much. But I was pleasantly surprised how clean and updated the room was and that they had a nice light breakfast in the morning with coffee for me to get my day started. I was traveling alone, and the manager was very thoughtful of that. Which was very comforting as a woman traveling alone for work.

Location is within walking distance to a variety of food places which was perfect. Despite her system being down, the gal at the front desk was very kind and the checkin was flawless. Best part of the stay was the free nighttime concert of frogs, crickets, and birds in the forest behind the hotel!

Luckily we stopped driving for the day before the big storm came! The staff was very friendly when I walked in the door and asked for a room. The price was very good for a clean, first floor, king bed! The light above the sink needs replaced! It flickers. The shower had a good pressure, bed was very comfortable, pillows were ok. We didn't eat breakfast, we needed to get on the road .

This hotel would've been a five start rating from me if it weren't for our dang BED! It had this awful metal bottom part that when you barley even touched it made a terrible loud nose! An when you sat on the bed, rolled over while laying on the bed, literally MOVED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM in the slightest bit; it'd make that God awful metal racking noise! BUT other then that specific issue everything else was literally perfect! We had no issues checking in and checking out the room was clean they came and cleaned while we were gone channels on TV worked great Continental little breakfast was good price was good and the service was good I hate to have to
leave the one star on the one category but I'm hoping me doing this will allow them to address the issue with the bed and I have no doubt that this place will get rated five stars every time after fixing that issue!

We have stayed at this location previously. Good price point on a heavily booked date. Room was clean and adequate, close to (but not on) I-40, places to eat, and the educational institutions in Conway. Good value for the money, but not luxurious. Provided breakfast was disappointing, but there's a Waffle House about forty yards away, on the same side of E Oak street. Outback across the busy street. Five minutes to Hendrix via Museum Drive.

Great hotel desk clerk was so nice at check in .I’ve stayed here three times since February. My choice of hotels. Always clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Very dog friendly place. Great low price. The owner Mr Patel talks to you in the mornings.

A good price for a very well renovated room and the staff seemed very good. I highly recommend this place. Anytime we are in the area we will stay here. I suggest everyone does the same.

The lady who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful; she displayed excellent customer service. The check-out person was not as friendly, but she wasn't rude. The tub was not clean, but I didn't report it either; I was only there for one night. The free breakfast shouldn't be advertised; there was a pancake-making machine that did not taste great, muffins that I did not try, and yogurt. Coffee and juice. I've had more from a Days Inn located in other places, so that was disappointing.
