We had been traveling to few states before we got here. I got to say this is one of a few hotel we stayed in that we liked. We stayed in Rm116. Very clean and spacious for our need. One of my twin 13 y/o really enjoyed the bench sofa sleeper by the window. We also got our little pup with us and it was convenient to let him out for a walk without disturbing the next door neighbors. One other thing I really is their soap and shampoo dispensers. The concept of reducing plastic waste is a huge plus.:) Wiuld like to stay again when we visit next time.

Positive: The dog bed by the window was a delightful touch! My pup likes sleeping in the bed with me, but I thought that it was such a sweet touch! Negative: There is an additional charge for bringing pets to the hotel, but they did make smart choices in flooring for the ?pet rooms?.

We stopped unexpectedly in the middle of the snowstorm on 1/8/25. They had plenty of room and were shoveling and salting the walkways already. The people in charge that night and next morning were sooooo very nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good- cheese omelets, pancakes, breads, muffins, cereal. The beds were really comfy and the room was very clean and well taken-care of. 12/10 stars- I will definitely stop here again when traveling this way!!!

Check in was fast and easy, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was awesome. It is right off I-40 and it’s surrounded by restaurants and coffee establishments. There is also a Walmart within walking distance. The room is small but has a microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. The only negative was the remote didn’t seem to work but I just changed the channel using the actual box behind the TV. I will def stay here again.

I am very disappointed. We always stay at this location when traveling from Kansas City. We are remodeling our home in Bigelow Arkansas. All the employees know us from the old ones that are no longer there to the new ones. We are normally treated with the upmost respect. This stay was due to a family members funeral we were attending. It was a nice day out so I wanted to open the window and get some fresh air, since we opted for room that only had a queen this go round. It was small and on the stuffy side ( hot flash kicked in), I asked my husband who is 68 years young open the window let's take in some fresh air so I can cool off.) We wanted to watch the Chiefs football game however the TV would not work we had to call downstairs and ask for assistance. The older gentleman came up within 3 mins of entering our room he accused of smoking Marijuana in the room and said close the window it makes the bill go up. Say what now, excuse me it's not us we been smelling it since we checked in the other night on this floor. But how dare you to accuse us we always stay here and this hotel. He replies I know I know that since you know why would you accuse us. Then says I'll go find out he went to the joining room which was an older lady who screamed out let me get dress she came to the door he didn't say a work but asked how was her stay she replied is everything okay he then walked away. Why didn't you ask her if she was smoking.....
We will not be returning we have stayed at that hotel for the last 3years off and on. That was our last stay We extended our stay at a different hotel and will do so going forward... O the housekeeping needs to clean everything and check everything. The microwave had food spilled and splattered on the inside.

People living in hotel. With obvious issues. Electric guitar next room. 5pm 8pm. 2am up 5am out. Clerk can't do nothing about bill. To bad for me.

Nice staff, and room looked good. Start to watch tv, and seen a cockroch. I killed it with my shoe took it to the lady and showed her. She apologized, he called her boss. Me a my girlfriend left after only being in the room for 35 to 40 minutes. As im heading out the door she apologizesand tells me her manager is going to take care of itthe manager is going to take care of it. I called the manager and he said yeah, that I would have to call the booking company to get my refund. So I called the booking company, and they called him he would only issue me half of my refund, because we used the room.
