I wouldn't let my dog stay here and I do not own one. . . For starters the bathroom was filthy. Hair was all over the toilet and floor. We requested to move and were moved. The next room was even worst. Piss was over this toilet. The bed sheets had holes in them and the curtains from cigarette burns. Dust every where. Cups stains on the furniture. Just disgusting. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It clearly states on the website that it has a sauna and fitness room in the amenities. When we asked the desk clerk where these amenities were located we got the deer in the headlight look and then a "we don't have those here". This was the main reason we booked this hotel. While the room was clean, the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. I had asked for extra towels for the room but did not receive them. Luckily I had packed some with me just in case. This hotel is old and needs to be completely over-hauled. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a better quality experience.

The nonsmoking room smells worse than an ashtray. The bathtub, bathroom floor, and counters have hairs from the previous guests all over them, and the towels and wash cloths are full of hairs. There was something in the toilet upon arrival that smelled like old pee. The sheets have holes in them. The lady who checked us in was friendly, but I witnessed a different employee being rude to a guest. Two of the three lightbulbs in the bathroom are burned out. The toilet barely flushes and has overflowed. They took our used wash cloths and a towel but did not leave replacements. The toiletries looked like they were just thrown on the counter instead of being placed neatly. This place is disgusting.

Edit for followup-: After waiting for almost four hours for the maintenance man to fix the toilet, the very friendly and helpful lady at the front desk switched our room. The new room smells like a bouquet of flowers compared to the previous one. It is also significantly cleaner. If we'd gotten this room to begin with, they would have gotten more stars.

All I wanted was clean and comfortable with a pool. This hotel promised all three and delivered none. Pool is tarped off in the end of June. Room is non smoking but smells awful. Staff is courteous but definitely lacking southern hospitality and gave me incorrect pricing info.. Wyndham rewards should get you 10% off. Will not be back.

The rooms smell and stench was abhorrent. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. The toilet clogged on it’s very first use. There was a half dead half alive cockroach on the bathroom floor. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned in a while. It was so disgusting that we could not stomach staying there another second, and we went to the front desk and got a refund, and went to stay at another hotel.

Yuck...I'd expect more from a motel since it's on 280. 1/2 of the rooms would not open. The fridge makes noise and the heat in 1/2 rooms did not work. Microwave was super loud and the smell was not inviting. Definitely not worth $90 a night. I was scared to sleep here but was tired. If they offer breakfast I'd be too scared to eat it. There is a reason they have rooms available so stay away!!!!

I was going to give 3 stars. They are remodeling and it seems like from previous reviews it was doing better, nicer area with low cost... BUT the TV never worked, and then the breakfast ruined it for me. The biscuits you could not even open with your hands. Coffee bar was basic, plain sugar and creamer. No fruit, yogurt, eggs, bagels, toast - just pitiful. The other person in my group had low blood sugar that morning and we had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Checked in at 11pm. As we entered our room, the first thing we noticed was that it was SMOKED-FILLED. So thick you could cut it with a knife. We also noticed food was on the table as well as personal items. The front desk clerk gave us a key to a room that someone was already check in to.We immediately left and went back to front desk. She checked us in to another room. New room was rather disgusting. Sheets had stains all over them. Bathroom had hair everywhere. Room Phone didn't work. Clerk brought a replacement ...didn't work either. One bed had NO pillows on it (clerk was nice enough to bring more). Wouldn't even take a shower there. Towels were paper thin. Would never ever stay here again unless the room was $30. We paid $80 and regret it!
