My job had me staying in many hotels across the country. I can't recall one better managed than this one. You can tell it's the management because the courtesy, professionalism, quality and customer service stretch out through all levels and types of staff. They want your stay to be enjoyable for sure.

Mold around the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. The pool is slimy. We got out because it felt as if our skin was covered in grease. I paid online then was told when I got here I had to pay a refundable fee of $20 and was charged $80 instead. When I questioned it the next day I was told it is $20 per night. The mini fridge in my room is broken and one of the curtains has a rod missing. Over $100 per night I could at least get a clean room and not be charged more when I got here.

Staff at desk are really friendly, although sometimes you cannot find them.

The cleaning service needs some supervision, they barely clean the table and bathroom tops, the floor is always sticky like if cleaner was applied but left there without mopping. Also, the rug seems to have been vacuumed like a year ago, it is full of hairs and garbage.

Bed was clean and comfy but bathroom paint was peeling everywhere in big pieces? Like it was weird. Missing caulk and old trim on wall and floor next to a spotless shower? Small fridge on a literally broken cabinet. Desk guy was helpful and friendly. It's like staff do all they can with a place that's sorely needing repair and maintenance. Also, you can totally hear your neighbors.

Stayed 1 night. I docked two stars because they had no breakfast available. Not even grab and go type stuff like yogurt or apples. What am I paying $100 for? With Fairfield you at least expect included breakfast. Clearly this hotel used to be something else because the bathtub was crusty.. The room was kind of stuffy so I didn’t sleep well until I put the AC fan on. At least the bed was clean.

Not a great Fairfield unfortunately.
The room: despite having an "upgraded king suite" the bathroom had mold on the ceiling, wasn't cleaned all that thoroughly, was generally old and worn, and the refrigerator didn't work. The sheet set for the pull out bed was not complete and required a trip to the desk.
The service: our first morning the hotel cancelled free breakfast due to low occupancy and had out only coffee. We were told it would be "grab and go", but they had nothing. No fruit, no yogurt. The second morning they did have breakfast, but it was just ok. While they did have eggs and sausage there was again no fresh fruit and no dairy. Pretty clearly cutting costs wherever they can.
The pool was closed the entirety of our stay.
The hotel staff seemed sympathetic to the obvious lacking of the hotel, but clearly didn't have any recourse to help.

Jasmine, the front desk host. Is an astute type leader in the making. If not already a manger she's working at the level and mind set as one. Don't use SUPER.COM FYI.. IT'S A SCAM. Ms. Jasmine tried helping with my situation due to it being out of her control I had to pay twice due to Super.com system.

I always enjoy my stay here “. Katema” always have a friendly smile and explain whatever questions I have thoroughly. I’m gonna continue to come here and refer my friends and family. The lobby and exercise also help me stay fit and monitor med
