This property is well kept and has outstanding employees. I had a great stay for business with a great selection of restaurants nearby. The shower head was great compared to other IHG properties. It had plenty of water pressure. The bed was too soft for me but that was the only downside of the stay. I do tend to prefer a firmer bed.

Excellent service! Spotless rooms. Friendly Staff. Jeri was the attendant on duty at breakfast. She was continually refreshing the area and replenishing foods and condiments as expected:) We will look forward to staying with you again when in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay everyone.

Everything was good, and the staff was nice, except it was too loud at night when we were trying to get sleep. We can hear the footsteps above our room and the noise from the hallway. We can hear people by the front desk. I don't know if the design of the room wasn't soundproof. The best part was the breakfast! I would recommend this hotel as long they get a room other than the first floor.

When we arrived early for check-in on March 22, around noon, we were greeted by an amazing young man. I forgot his name, because I am bad with names, but he was fantastic! We saw him arrive at work while we were having breakfast Sunday morning, and he spoke to us and was very kind again! I have a high status with Marriot and am usually brand loyal, but this one stay at this location, due to our Marriot being booked, has made me change my mind. We will return to stay specifically at this hotel instead of our Marriot, and one of the main reasons is the young man we first saw and how helpful and kind he was. BRAVO! A true testament to what customer service should be! He even suggested we go to what wound up being a fantastic restaurant while our room finished getting cleaned. A big thank you, as well, to the second man who helped us check in when we returned from lunch. He was equally fantastic! Plus, a big THANK YOU and acknowledgment to the lady who was replacing breakfast items. She was very attentive and kind while joking around with us, even though it was like 6:30 am. This is an excellent find and still not very far from campus!

We've been here three times and we love it! When we arrived, our reservation was already ready. The receptionist was very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel beds are very comfortable, as are the pillows. I love that they use the Dove brand in their body cleansing products. The breakfast is delicious! We'll be back again.

As an observation; the body soap was over.

Good evening, this review is about the front desk clerk Kris. Very professional made me feel like I was at home. Extremely warm hearted , very respectful! A man of honor and dignity very professional. Explained everything was very helpful. Whoever hired this guy hats off to you. He's a very well put together gentleman. I will definitely recommend all of my family members to stay at this hotel. And ask for Kris he's definitely one of a kind. Thanks alot Kris hope to see you again soon! All the staff were friendly and helpful, The pool view in my room was comforting. The breakfast was all great. Staff there was friendly and helpful!
Parking was very nice and convenient. The check in was fast. I was acknowledged as being a rewards member with a nice small gift, I will return & recommend this hotel to my family & friends!

Chris really helped us out. My wife and daughters were driving from TX to GA and got caught in the storms. I reserved a room for them online, but realized it was in my name (and I wasn't with them). I called and Chris sent me the authorization form needed to get them checked in. My wife said that she was so happy because Chris was expecting them and was very helpful. Thank you for having such a great employee on the staff. It really turned a pretty bad day into a nice one.
