The associate at the front desk was exceptional! I wish I had gotten his name. He made us feel welcome & valued immediately upon arrival. He remembered my name throughout the entire stay. Very impressive! The room was spotlessly clean & the soap smells so good! The bed is very comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We will definitely items return!

Everything was wonderful on my stay. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. However, my one recommendation is to get the pool regularly cleaned. I wanted to take a swim and the pool looked awful. Not sure why it is not as nice as the rest of the amenities. Other than that great trip. Also accessing your property from Warm Springs Rd is a nightmare. Also your sign visibility from that entrance needs to be addressed as well.

Jessica and staff are as good as it gets. Everybody was friendly, accommodating and genuinely looked like they enjoyed their jobs and helping me with my stay. This is an indication of a well trained and professional staff. The hotel and my room was spotless. I strongly recommend this location to anybody staying in the Columbus/Phenix City Area.

I don’t know why this hotel has so many negative reviews. We stayed a month ago and the check in was easy and very friendly. Even had a little gift bag with water and a snack. The room was so clean. I wondered if it had ever been used before. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good for a chain hotel and again super clean and wall supplied. We are coming back in May and looking forward to it!

There aren't enough stars for me to rate how much we enjoyed our stay at this property!! Everything about this hotel was ah-mazing and the staff was just incredible. We had a big group with multiple rooms and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We are returning to Columbus in July 2025 and have already booked our next reservation.

My husband and I were en route to Birmingham and decided to stop at this hotel along the way very late around 11:30 pm. We were able to get a room. Check in was immediate and efficient. The hotel is new and looks new. The room was perfect. Fitness center was pretty good. We will stay again if we are ever passing through again. Columbus is a pretty neat town.

Most caring, compassionate staff! Got this hotel as my best friend was in Hospice. Let me check in early. She did pass. I was too upset to check out and needed another night. The lady not only processed it quickly, she came around the desk and gave me a hug and extended her condolences. I was alone and truly appreciated it. One of the housekeepers saw me crying and stopped what she was doing and also gave me a hug and kind words. She introduced herself to me. I am so sorry I don't recall her name but I will always remember her kindness. You don't find people like this these days. If I'm ever in Columbus, GA, this is where I'll stay!

The kindest people! Stayed there as my best friend was in Hopice. She passed yesterday and everyone of the staff was kind and gave me a hug. I needed to extend my stay, and they quickly made it happen. They had let me check in early as I was exhausted. They gave me a wonderful, easy access room. If I am ever in this area again, this is where I'll stay. Highly recommend.
